LEGAL (70%):
- Work with departments to develop and review internal governance policies and monitor compliance with internal policies.
- Check internal policy system to ensure compliance with legal regulations
- Providing legal advice to BOD and stakeholders based on actual requirements related to business legal matters
- Research and report to BOD and stakeholders on factors that are likely to pose legal risk to the business.
- Drafting, preparing, editing, supplementing and completing legal documents, agreements, contracts to ensure favorable provisions and well as legislation compliance.
- Research & continuously update new laws, new regulations
- Organize training courses about legal updates for related departments
EMPLOYEE RELATIONS (30%):
- Drafting and controlling the content of the company’s HR regulations, ensuring compliance with the provisions of the current Law and the company’s Rules/Regulations
- Advise and train managers and supervisors in best employee relations practices and strategies for managing supervisor problems, employee grievances and labor discipline. Develops further other training as needed.
- Represent the organization to meet and negotiate with employees, and the authorities (if any) on labor-related issues.
- Collaborates with leadership on matters of policy and terms of memoranda of understanding before and throughout the negotiation process.
- Handling labor disciplines and cases related to employee relations
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

REQUEST
- Bachelor degree or higher majoring in Law, strong experience in handling employee relation issues.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the same position for big size of company (>1000 Headcount)
- Understand the provisions of the laws & decresss related to professional work of human resource management
- Have good communicaion and information skills. Confident in handling labor relations situations in the enterprise
- Thorough understanding of state and federal laws concerning labor relations.
- Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies.
- Thorough understanding of negotiation techniques, dispute resolution and compensation administration.
- Ability to remain tactful, calm, and persuasive in controversial and/or confrontational situations.
- Interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in English.
WORK LOCATION:
- 10th floor, Scetpa Building, 19A Cong Hoa street, Ward 12, Tan Binh District, HCMC
- Other sites of transcosmos Vietnam
WORKING TIME:
- Service time: 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday – Friday & Bi-weekly Saturday
