• In this role, the incumbent will assume full responsibility for managing, maintaining, and promoting the retreat’s proprietary website with content updates, SEO strategy, linking initiatives, and directory submissions.
• Responsible for ongoing internet searches to identify new websites and travel booking sites, as well as manage and promote presence on existing travel marketing sites (including but not limited to travel distribution channels, wholesalers, and travel endorsement sites) and ensure that positioning on any internet site meets brand standards for copy pictures, etc.
• Monitor retreats’ presence on all reputation/review sites (TripAdvisor, social media, Google, OTA’s, etc.). In addition, review all user reviews (positive and negative) and ensure property-level teams are appropriately utilizing management responses through appropriate channels. *
• Load and manage leisure packages and program rates in An Lam Retreats’ existing and emerging websites (anlam.com and third-party).
• Communicate with brand distribution and e-commerce teams to ensure maximum performance of brand websites, utilizing all brand tools and reporting available to set benchmarks and evaluate the ROI of all digital programs and platforms.
• Develop and execute digital email marketing campaigns in collaboration with e-commerce teams and property teams to reach current, past, and potential customers for the business
• Stay abreast of industry trends by attending industry conferences/workshops and seeking out distribution knowledge
• Produce content for all social media channels. Plan and conduct video and photography shootings in collaboration with the resort team based on the content timeline.
• Support the Assistant Marketing Director in other relevant tasks ranging from conducting resort photo/video shooting, reviewing marketing collaterals, to hosting KOLs and media partners.
• Performs other related duties and special projects as required by Cluster DOSM or Cluster GM
5. Administrative
Prepare and submit all relevant reports required by the S&M Department and the Head office.
Responsible for identifying continual website content and photography updates to keep content relevant and fresh daily.
Ensure all Digital Marketing administration is accurate and promptly completed and that all records are correctly maintained and filed.
Make sure accurate online information on all websites, and third-party websites every week
