• Work with Training Manager to develops annual hotel training plans and prepares quarterly reports to management.
• Develops and maintains hotel’s training library.
• Cooperate with Training Manager to have hotel training plan and budget.
• Maintains employee, supervisory and management record of training.
• Conducts an orientation, Hotel products and services, and other training courses which has been assigned by Training Manager to the newcomers.
• Support Training Manager in set up, and organize the training programs: Train The Trainer, Coaching in workplace…
• Oversees on the job training of new employees, refresh training of existing employees.
• Monitors present and future trends, practices and systems in the training field and makes recommendations relating thereto.
• Interacts with individuals outside the hotel including, but not limited to training association members, training, and personnel staff from competitor hotels and other members of the local community.
• Coordinates functions and activities with other department heads and department trainers.
• All the training matters to be kept strictly confidential.
• Keeps up a proper training documents and materials.
• Support Departmental Trainers on the job training.
• Reports to the Training Manager.
• Develop contact with Hospitality schools to find qualified internship.
• Be mainly in charge of interview internship.
• Counsels employees as needed in areas such as career planning, training and development, employee relations etc.
• Implements and monitors an effective employee relations and motivation programs in the hotel.
• Develops and implements programs to ensure employee security and safety.
• Disseminates information affecting employer-employee relation.
• Coordinates and executes employees’ social, athletic and recreational activities.
• Perform other duties assigned by Training Manager from time to time.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Recreation, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury resort setting.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

• Salary: open for dealing
• Working hours: 44 hours/week. 5.5 working day/week
