Part-time Operation Executive (hospitality & tourism)

Skills and qualifications:

Must have:

- Intermediate English proficiency in all 4 skills (listening, speaking, reading and writing)

- Knowledge AND experience in social media management (Facebook, Instagram, Google Reviews) and communication apps (Viber, Whatsapp, Zalo, Wechat, Kakao Talk, Line)

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)

- Take initiative in your work

- Planning skills

- Results-oriented

- Pay attention to details

- Work well with different groups of people

- Work smart AND work hard. Willing to do chores (due to the nature of this business – serving guests)

- Own a laptop

Encourage but not a must:

- Knowledge and/ or experience working with different OTAs

- Qualification and/ or experience working in hospitality and tourism industry.

- Knowledge and/ or experience fixing stuff around the house (water, electricity, etc.)

- Experience in writing business emails, itineraries, etc. in English

- Photoshop

Working time:

- Afternoon shift: 13:00 – 18:00 (5 hrs).

o If there are 1 – 2 days per week where you cannot work during afternoon, you can switch to morning shift: 08:00 – 13:00 (5 hrs).

- Probation: 2 months
