- Maintaining an organized, clean, and professional work area.
- Maintaining and controlling People & Culture office stationary supplies at minimal cost and wastage at all times.
- Identifying and assisting in planning for the purchasing of supplies, equipment, facilities and services necessary to maintain an efficient office.
- Assigning roster and checking timesheet for People & Culture department to support for monthly payroll.
- Maintaining People & Culture related records in personnel files in a timely manner that meets management information needs at any point of time.
- Submiting/processing papers for payment related to People & Culture expenses to Finance and Business Support Department.
- In charge of legal documents for People & Culture, including Expats’ visa, work permit to ensuring new expats coming covered legally.
- Preparing a variety of correspondence, reports, and/or presentations which may include:
- - Gathering and summarizing information from various sources
- - Creating spreadsheets, charts, and/or graphics
- - Doing reports to submit to Local Government.
- - Designing and Issuing invitations to employees to attend company’s events.
- Complying and support IHG Human Rights Policy, IHG Foundation, IHG Green Engage, IHG Code of Ethics and Business Conduct when administrating all People & Culture tasks.
- Promoting teamwork, company culture and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments.
- Ensuring information related to colleagues posted on notice board.
- Distributing information and forms to employees and explaining People & Culture policies and procedures to help employees to understand throughoutly.
- Assisting colleagues’ issues in a timely manner.
- Completing activities related to assigned projects; assist in establishing project timetables, action steps and status updates; follow-up, as appropriate, to ensure timely execution to meet deadlines.
- Being a friendly face and helping hand to our guests (colleagues)
- Taking responsibility for own actions and working together with others towards a common company vision to create great hotels guests love.
- Being responsible in keeping our property safe and secure, to participate in any hotel activity related to Fire Life safety
- May be assisting with other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management from time to time.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related (essential)
- 2 years of experience as an HR Coordinator (essential).
- Exposure to Labor Law and employment equity regulations.
- Effective HR administration and people management skills.
- Exposure to payroll practices.
- Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
- Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, and related business and communication tools.
- Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
