Mô Tả Công Việc

I. Main Purpose or Function of Position:• Driving sourcing activities for direct materials (Malt, Hops, Flavor, Rice, Alu Can, Glass Bottle, Crown, Carton, Utility, Auxiliary ….) • Ensure that products are delivered in a timely manner and goods' quality is satisfactory• Ensure info are recorded in SAP/ERP system correctly and accurately• Manage and develop performance of suppliers• Coordinate with line manager and others to implement initiatives for cost improvement• Coordinate with Global / Zone team for project and processII. Main Accountabilities• Create new vendor code if any• Perform the task data link to CLM until signed CNT has been saved in CLM• Record PRs (VIC) from users; Report OA; Check mapping PR-OA for auto POs before batch job; Tracking PR-PO after batch job; Post and follow Prepayment request/ Reschedule Payment (if any on BPM)• Fix pending payment with PTP and vendor (GRIR pending):1. Clear prepayment2. Print PO to sign3. Track root cause for payment pending, overdue4. Prepare other documents to sign (Return Goods Agreement, Deduction Agreement ,…)• Tracking PO confirmation from Vendor portal• OA creation (if any)• Fixing issue for PO and finding root cause: why PR cannot be auto converted to PO; why PO cannot be reflect on VP (if any)• Manual PO creation (if any):1. For PR without item codes: send to PSS China2. Support to PO creation for urgent case3. For PR/ PO has error cannot be auto converted• PO conditions for oversea PO:1. Check/ tracking with EXIM2. Condition revising for actual amount that EXIM confirmed

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Education• University degree• Bachelor of Supply Chain, Logistics, Im-Export (Procurement major is preferred)Industry Experiences• Experienced in manufacturing/FMCG company (Beverage experience is a plus)Position Experiences• At least 2-3 years of experience in procurement and other related positionsLanguage• Communicate fluently and concisely in both English and Vietnamese (verbally)Computer• Proficient skills in MS Office• SAP Procurement System is a plusKnowledge/ Skills• Problem-solving• Collaboration skill• Communication, Negotiation• Documentation skillsOther requirements• Proactivity in working organization• Good presentation & reporting skill• Work under pressure
