Position Summary: The Project Manager will be responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals. This role often works on cross-functional teams and is responsible for turning the project team’s goals into concrete success. This role also collaborate closely with the Maintenance & Facility Manager/ Engineering team ensures that the clubs’ physical infrastructure and aesthetic appeal are maintained to the highest standards when operating. The ideal candidate is someone experienced in managing teams, capable of driving the full project life cycle, managing and attaining key objectives and understanding the technical aspects to efficiently manage the project team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage works related to technical methods during construction time as well as pre-construction.
- Make plan and check construction works includes procedure, equipment, manpower requirements and works in combination with other constructors.
- Monitor work progress, solve conflicts and problems.
- Design, manage design and manage bidding.
- Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Manage the relationship with all stakeholders.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Check and supervise quality of materials, equipment used for the work according to design requirement.
- Check and approve as-built document for handover.
- Attend meetings with relevant parties for updating project progress.
- collaborate closely with the Maintenance & Facility Manager/ Engineering team ensures that the clubs’ physical infrastructure and aesthetic appeal are maintained to the highest standards when operating.
- Performing other duties as assigned by the Management Board.

Project Management
• Oversee and monitor the progress of various projects and initiatives.
• Develop and Implement Strategies: Create and enforce strategies for project progress and maintenance management

• Sensitive Information: Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
• Trustworthiness: Build and maintain a high level of trust with the CEO/ PD and relevant parties, often dealing with confidential business matters.
Budget and Compliance Management:
• Oversee financial aspects for work related.
• Maintain adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Manage relationships with third-party service providers.
Inspection and Emergency Management:
• Regularly audit facilities and services for improvements.
• Develop and maintain emergency response protocols.
Problem-Solving and Decision-Making
• Issue Resolution: Address and resolve issues as they arise, often requiring quick thinking and resourcefulness.
• Decision Support: Provide the CEO/GM/PD with necessary information and insights to support decision-making processes.
Interpersonal Skills
• Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between the CEO/GM/PD and internal/external stakeholders. Build and maintain professional relationships.
• Team Collaboration: Work effectively with other team members and departments to support project and organizational goals.
Time Management
• Efficient Workflow: Manage time effectively to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
• Deadline Adherence: Ensure tasks and projects are completed on time and within the required standards.
Customer Service
• Client Interaction: Handle inquiries and requests from clients or business partners professionally and courteously.
• Problem Resolution: Address and resolve client issue or concerns promptly and effectively.

Requirement:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related fields preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in project management or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Expediting and Expeditor-related functions to ensure project milestones are met efficiently
• Experience with inspection processes to maintain compliance and quality standards
• Excellent organizational, communication, and team collaboration abilities
• Familiarity with the E-Gaming industry or similar environments is an advantage
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience overseeing large teams across different operational areas.
• Proficiency in facility management software, budget management, and project management tools.
• Solid knowledge of interior design (ID), strong coordination skills with construction teams and suppliers, and thorough understanding of relevant health and safety regulations.
• Results oriented, hands-on professional with the ability to interact effectively with the public, and colleagues.
• Must have the ability to resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner.
• Must demonstrate leadership and fairness in dealing with customers and employees; and possess the ability to instill a sense of pride and personal responsibility in staff.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, weekend hours and overtime as business needs dictate.
