- Contribute to day-to-day efficiency of the section:
- Check the price, quantity and other specifications, and inspect the quality of the incoming goods.
- Direct the delivery to the designated location
- Stamp and sign for receipt after the user department has received the goods and signed.
- Prepare Receiving Record/ Summary and distribute it to the department concerned.
- Prepare daily market food expense summary.
- Prepare 10-day market food expense summary for payment.
- Assist the Receiving Supervisor in preparing month-end reports to meet the reporting deadline.
- Follow the duty roster scheduled. Changes must be prior- approved.
- Ensure all working equipments are in good condition, working place are clean and tidy.
- Remind Suppliers, Kitchen staff to follow the uploading/ transferring guidance. All food to be put on to the plastic container/ shelf segregated by categories. Return the plastic containers right after usage.
- Check invoice price, quantity and other specifications against the approved order form. Inspect the quality of goods and get consultation from Supervisor/ DH/ User department when doubtful.
- When checking invoice, ensure the price and quality delivered cannot excess the quotation and order. Any change must be approved by relevant DHs.
- Stamp and sign for receipt after the user department had received the goods and signed.
- Consult the Supervisor/ DH those deliveries not following the hotel P&P.
- Accomplish all the Daily Receiving Report and pass to the Supervisor to double check and prepare the Daily Receiving Summary of that day. Distribute other copies to the department concerned.
- Allocate the cost of flower arrangement by outlets for the month according to the flower shop report.
- Be responsible in keeping our property safe and secure, to participate in any hotel activity related to Fire Life safety.
- Perform any other duties which may be assigned by the management from time to time.

• Qualifications
- Certificate/ Diploma or higher qualification / equivalent in Finance or related field.
• Experiences
- Two to Four years of experience in a hospitality or hotel sales and marketing setting with direct supervisory experience over a sales team, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
