• Understand the business processes and service standards of the Reception Department
• Carry out guest check-in and check-out procedures according to the hotel's procedures
• Store and maintain the integrity of customer information on the data system
• Provide information about the Hotel's products and services to customers
• When on night shift perform all required tasks including checking the Night Report, preparing the Morning Report, and all necessary forms for the guest's arrival
• Maintains exemplary standards of behavior, appearance/grooming, and attitude
• Handle payment process for customers
• Attends to guest’s complaints, inquiries, and requests; referee problems to Supervisor/Front Office Manager if he/she is unable to assist
• Take care of customers during their stay at the Hotel. Handle guest complaints in a timely manner and check processing quality, ensuring guests are most comfortable during their stay
• Coordinate and work effectively with all other departments in the Hotel

Required Skills:
• Professional communication & good English skills
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Front Office System
• Enthusiastic, proactive and creative
Qualifications:
• Bachelor/Diploma Certificate in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management or equivalent
• Experience:
• Minimum 6 months experience in the same position
