Welcome guests upon arrival and check in according to established standards and procedures
Updating guest information into the computer after a complete check-in.
Providing courteous and efficient service and if possible to comply with each and every guests request.
Posting all charges without delay and update the folios
Handling guest complaints promptly according to established procedures and then report to Supervisor for further follow up when necessary.
Knowing guest room security, emergency and fire procedures; encouraging the use of safe deposit boxes and adhere to procedures for their use.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Fluent English, a second language will be an advantage (better if it’s the same where the hotel is based).
Hotel reservation basic.
Good interpersonal skills and computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel would be essential.
Be active and creative, Ability to do teamwork and independent work.
