Weekends off.Workplace: Grade A office, 30th Floor, Lotte CenterAbout the RoleThe Recruitment Supervisor will lead the recruitment strategy and operations to attract, select, and retain top talents for Chicilon Media. This position plays a key role in shaping the company’s talent landscape and enhancing employer branding across all hiring channels.Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with the company’s business growth plans.- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: from manpower planning, job posting, sourcing, interviewing, to onboarding.- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline and talent database for critical and future roles.- Lead employer branding initiatives through social media, digital campaigns, and internal engagement activities.- Supervise, coach, and motivate the recruitment team to ensure performance excellence and recruitment quality.- Partner closely with department heads to understand business needs and align hiring standards with company culture.- Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics; propose process improvements and candidate experience enhancements.- Manage relationships with external recruitment partners (headhunting firms, universities, online platforms, etc.).Compensation & Benefits- Competitive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.- Full insurance coverage (Social, Health, Unemployment) per labor law.- Attractive benefits package, including:* Meal and parking allowance.* Annual performance bonus & 13th month salary* Company trips (including overseas for top performers) & annual team building* Annual health check and premium health insurance* Preschool tuition support for employees’ children* Dynamic, professional, and growth-oriented working environment with clear career progression.* Opportunities for training, internal activities, and company-wide events such as team building, year-end party, and CSR programs.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.- Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.- Proven experience in proactive talent sourcing and networking (headhunting, referral programs, etc.).- Strong understanding of recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, JobPortals, etc.) and current labor market trends.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and candidate assessment skills.- Dynamic, result-oriented, and passionate about connecting the right talent to the right opportunity.- Age: 28–35 years old preferred.
