Mô Tả Công Việc
- Provide leadership, direction and management of restaurants in Corona Food Center.
- Oversees daily operations, promotes new and return business by providing efficient and 5-star food & beverage service.
- Responsible for the development and implementation of fiscal budgets and producing maximum revenue for the restaurants.
- Establish and implement policies and procedures to maintain and increase the efficiency of the restaurants.
- Oversees daily operations, promotes new and return business by promoting service to an unmatched level of sophistication and professionalism.
- Execute training programs for employees.
- Other duties as instructed and assigned by Management Board.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Work at Corona Food Center, a member of Corona Resort & Casino Phu Quoc.
- Diploma degree in Hotel/Business Administration is preferred.
- At least 03 years of working experience of Food and Beverage Management in a high quality food and beverage environment.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Technical in-depth knowledge of fine foods and wine. Good technical skills in the culinary arts.
- Strong leadership & organizational skills and superior decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Good oral and written communication and public relations skills.
- A passion for customer service and quality; experience in developing employee selection, training and motivation approaches are expected.
- Must present a well-groomed appearance.
