With our long tradition, we combine the best of Swiss precision and American entrepreneurship and feature world-leading market positions and internationally renowned brands.METTLER-TOLEDO Vietnam LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary of the METTLER TOLEDO group with offices located in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi, responsible for marketing, sales and service of our amazing solutions in Vietnam and Cambodia.Key Responsibilities:- Establishes new growth platform and expand existing segments by conducting comprehensive market analysis and identify new business opportunities.- Collaborate with System Integrator/System Fabricator to find new leads and projects.- Manage End-User accounts in Binh Duong territory.- Sell Mettler Toledo solutions, product and services that meet the customer needs.- Implement and execute short- and longer-term business growth strategies.- Provide accurate monthly, quarterly and annual business forecast and achieve the targets.- Use CRM database to input, record and monitor sales activities. Such as lead generation, customers penetration and visit plan.- Prepare and/or review quotations, proposals, and contracts to facilitate sales agreements.- Negotiate and close complex deals that benefit both parties.- Responsible for Accounts Receivable (AR) and products deliverables.- Investigate, resolve, and log customer satisfaction, etc., to improve sales targets.- Conduct seminar, webinar and product training to increase the visibility of MT and potentially influence prospects.- Troubleshooting and guide customers to solve issues with products and/or applications if needed.- Develop personal customer relationship with prospective accounts to influence opportunities.- Ensure conformance with corporate guidelines.- Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with partners, governmental institutions, associations

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Education:- Degree in engineering (Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical, Food Science).- Written and verbal communication in EnglishWork Experience:- 1-2 years' experience in selling or managing project relating to Lab Instrumentation.- Sales background in Engineering of Water System, Water treatment, Power generation, Pharmaceutical and Food and Beverage is an added advantage.Functional skills and knowledge:- Ability to work in a team in a matrix organization.- Demonstrate a good working knowledge and understanding of the industry/ market/ competitors/ customers.- Exceptional communication skills with customers, channel partners and internal teams.- Persistent & resilient- Willing to travel within the dedicated territory
