- Use sales techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty to Queen Ann, including up-selling.
- Determine and give complimentaries to guests as gifts for their patronage (e.g., rewards points, show tickets, gift certificates).
- Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone, fax, or mail.
- Answer, record, and process all guest calls, requests, questions, or concerns.
- Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing (e.g., filing, sending emails, typing, faxing).
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
* Can communicate fluently by English.
* Education and Experience:
High school diploma or GED; 2 years experience in the sales and marketing, guest services, front desk, or related professional area.
Or 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; no work experience required.
