ABOUT THE JOBWe’re seeking a Senior Associate, Digital Content who can set the standard for exceptional digital experiences. You’ll bring deep expertise in content strategy, governance, and quality assurance, ensuring every piece of content meets the highest standards and drives meaningful outcomes for our customers.At NAB, we believe success comes from our people. We’re committed to supporting your talent and skills throughout your career, as you help us build a culture that creates change for our customers and the community too.RESPONSIBILITIESCreate, edit, and deliver high-quality content across NAB digital channels.Actively liaising with stakeholders and SMEs across the business to understand content requirements, advise on our strategy - and ensure alignment with our guidelines and best practice.Plan, lead and support the delivery of projects that align with key business objectives.Developing and implementing a governance and quality assurance process to ensure that all digital content produced meets the highest standards of quality and relevance, aligns with our business objectives and regulatory requirements.Identify gaps in our content governance processes or competencies and take necessary action to close the gaps and improve quality of content.Maintain and roll out copywriting guidelines and training for our websites.Contribute to content governance frameworks and website experience strategy.Coach team members to build copywriting capability and advocate best practices.Proactively manage risk and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLSExcellent command of written and spoken English.Deep knowledge of content strategy, including customer journeys and how to use content to meet user needs and business objectives.Minimum 4+ years of experience in Digital Content or similar roles; project management experience highly desirable.Strong technical knowledge of copywriting standards, SEO best practices, and knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) is a plus.Proficiency in analyzing content performance using tools such as BrightEdge and/or ContentSquare; experience with Adobe Analytics is a plus.Proactive focus on driving positive outcomes for customers and the business.Ability to work autonomously while being an excellent team player and contributing to a strong work culture.Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills across teams, channels, and projects.Leadership and coaching capability to build team skills and competencies.Skilled in using data to assess website performance and inform strategic decisions.THE BENEFITS AND PERKSWe appreciate and reward our colleagues who do great work every day – from excelling for our customers, to taking ownership of an issue to get it resolved.
