• Handling telephone calls from guests and other departments.
• Controlling lost and found items.
• Passing on messages and inquiries between floor stars and other departments.
• Issuing keys only to authorized persons and keep control by a key record book. The keys should be checked at the end of each shift to ensure that all keys are returned. A handing over is needed.
• Inspecting the nature of complaints and determine an appropriate respond Contact the supervisor for taking appropriate action.
• Offering guests items for borrowing. Keeping record of borrowed items and mark when returned. Checking items to ensure that functionality and cleanliness.
• Controlling stocks of housekeeping.
• Hand in the attendance record to the executive housekeeper daily for follow-up if needed.
• Being in charge of uniform, sundries, mini-bar beverage supplies store and outsourced laundry
• Perform duty of the department’s store management
• Assist Head of Department in evaluating staff’s performance
• Accomplish any requests of reports, summaries, or any administrative documents related to the department’s operation and attend meetings as being required
• Arrange, monitor, and adjust the department’s roster to be followed up with the hotel business.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- High-school graduation or equivalent, specialist certificate of profession or training is preferred.
- Fluent present needed papers by Microsoft Office and PMS
- Fluent communicate in English and other languages is preferred
- Pre-opening experience is a plus
