Effectively developing and executing detailed test plans and test cases for both new features and regression testing, balancing manual and automated testing strategies to ensure comprehensive coverage;
Proactively working within the software engineers to identify potential issues / bugs early in the development cycle, aiming to prevent defects before deployment;
Efficiently implementing and maintaining automated tests within our CI/CD pipeline, contributing to streamlined and reliable testing processes.
Continuously engaging in learning to stay updated with the latest QA technologies and practices, applying this knowledge to systematically improve our testing framework;
Diligently supporting the development of testing standards and procedures to ensure continuous improvement in quality and efficiency across projects;
Thoroughly assisting in troubleshooting and resolving defects, providing detailed documentation and feedback to the development team to ensure timely resolutions;
Actively participating in agile development processes, including inceptions, planning, daily check-ins, reviews and retros, contributing a quality perspective to each phase with constructive insights;
Promptly comprehend the business flow and logic for each product to seamlessly transition across diverse projects while maintaining constant work effectiveness. This entails quickly understanding the unique requirements and challenges of each project to ensure quality assurance practices are effectively adapted and applied;
Timely and efficiently troubleshooting and resolving any obstacles relating to the job;
Creatively discovering and proposing AI tools to enhance testing efficiency, which constantly raise the bars for product quality.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED FOR SUCCESS IN THIS JOB
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience;
7+ years of experience in software quality assurance, demonstrating a strong foundation in both manual and automated testing; The designated title will be assigned per your strength and experience;
Knowledgeable in API testing tools (e.g., Postman) for validating backend services and ensuring integration points meet functional, performance, and security standards;
Proven success utilizing automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium) and integrating them into CI/CD pipelines;
Solid capability to write custom test scripts and automate routine tasks, thereby enhancing testing efficiency and coverage, or willingness to learn these skills along the way;
Deep knowledge of software development processes and a strong desire to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies;
Experience with database systems (SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) for testing data integrity and data-driven testing scenarios;
Effective communication skills, capable of working collaboratively within a cross-functional team and articulate technical issues and solutions clearly;
Proven problem-solving abilities, with a detail-oriented approach to testing and quality assurance;
Eagerness to take on new challenges and contribute to a team environment, with a commitment to continuous improvement and learning;
Experience with performance and security testing tools to assess and improve the scalability and security posture of applications will make an ideal candidate;
Demonstrated ability in taking part in multiple projects simultaneously will set your application apart and give you a distinct advantage;
