Key Responsibilities• Take lead in developing digital marketing strategies across all digital platforms.• Build a comprehensive Digital Marketing roadmap with the aim to become a market leader.• Develop forward-thinking, creative ideas to enhance the company’s presence in the digital arena.• Launch and maintain new websites, social media pages, and optimize existing ones.• Track campaign performance, review targeting tactics, and improve content strategies to meet KPIs and ROIs.• Follow agencies to create engaging online content to maximize reach, followers, and engagement.• Plan and execute media bookings for both online and offline channels.• Manage online performance across all digital touchpoints.• Oversee SEM/SEO strategies and Google Analytics to drive traffic and conversions.• Monitor key competitive digital activities and market shifts.• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the digital marketing landscape.

• Strong understanding of how all current digital and traditional marketing channels function.• Solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices.• Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics.• Highly driven with excellent analytical skills.• A team player who collaborates well with team members of other disciplines.• Ability to lead and inspire a team towards achieving strategic goals.• Fluent in both English and Vietnamese is an advantage.
