Support the product development process by ensuring that product features and enhancements are aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
Serve as an internal point of contact for the development team whenever requirements or business knowledge need clarification.
Identify opportunities for process improvements, recommend innovative solutions, and implement best practices.
Engage in regular knowledge-sharing sessions within the team and participate in other tech events in the region.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
2+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Web Development, or Software Development.
Experience in Python, particularly for data analysis, automation tasks, and web scraping.
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related web technologies.
Basic usage of version control and collaboration tools like Git and GitLab.
Ability to analyze complex datasets and extract meaningful insights to inform product strategy and decision-making, utilizing data analysis tools and techniques.
Understanding of the product development lifecycle and how performance analysis contributes to continuous product improvement.
Familiarity with Agile methodology and its application in product development, as well as project management tools.
Ability to effectively collaborate with various technical stakeholders, based on good knowledge of databases, networks, and APIs.
Ability to proactively communicate and collaborate with both external and internal customers to analyze information needs, define functional requirements, and deliver necessary artifacts (e.g., reports, presentations, dashboards).
Experience in using digital applications and tools such as CRM systems, ERP systems, and other business applications.
