Food & Beverage Delivery:
- Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen or bar to guest villas, restaurants, and poolside areas.
- Ensure that orders are delivered accurately and in a timely manner, maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Assist servers with delivering items to tables or villas, ensuring guests have everything they need.
- Refill drinks and remove empty plates or glasses from tables.
Maintaining Cleanliness:
- Keep service areas clean and organized.
- Clean and reset tables after guests leave, ensuring readiness for the next guest.
Stocking & Restocking:
- Help restock supplies in dining areas, such as condiments, napkins, and utensils.
- Assist in the inventory and organization of food and beverage supplies.
Guest Service:
- Respond to guest requests and needs, ensuring they have an enjoyable dining experience.
- Report any special guest requests or concerns to the appropriate team members.
Safety & Hygiene:
- Follow all health and safety standards, ensuring food and drink are handled and delivered safely.
- Adhere to the resort’s cleanliness and hygiene protocols.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Previous experience in a hospitality or food service role is preferred.
- Friendly and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to carry trays, food, and drinks without difficulty.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay organized.
- Knowledge of food safety and cleanliness standards.
