Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and technically capable Assistant Teacher to support the delivery of 3D Printing & Design, STEM, and Robotics lessons. This role works closely with main teachers to prepare materials, assist students during class, maintain equipment, and guide students in completing their projects—especially when main teachers are not available.The position requires someone who is hands-on, proactive, and enthusiastic about engaging students in practical, creative, and technology-based learning.Key Responsibilities- Prepare and set up lesson materials, tools, and equipment before class; ensure devices are functional and safe.- Assist main teachers in delivering lessons, guiding students individually or in small groups.- Supervise students’ independent work and instruct them on individual projects when main teachers are unavailable.- Maintain, clean, and store equipment; manage inventory of materials and report technical issues.- Support assessment by collecting and organizing student work and providing feedback to main teachers.- Assist with preparation and logistics for competitions, showcases, and STEM-related events.- Collaborate with main teachers and departments to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications- College diploma or bachelor’s degree in Education, Engineering, IT, or related fields preferred (fresh graduates welcome with technical skills).- Basic knowledge of 3D printing, robotics kits (e.g., LEGO EV3, VEX, Arduino), and STEM concepts.- Comfortable with computers, design software, and basic coding platforms.- Experience working with students in a classroom or workshop environment is an advantage.- Good English communication skills for technical and instructional support.Skills & Abilities- Handy and technically capable – able to assemble, repair, and maintain equipment.- Able to troubleshoot basic equipment or software problems.- Organized, with good resource and time management skills.- Strong classroom supervision skills and ability to engage students.
