ABOUT TALENT ACQUISITION DEPARTMENT
- Recruit for all Frontline & Back positions up to Unit Head level includes attracting, interviewing, selecting, hiring and onboarding employees.
- Build candidate source by posting & searching on social channels.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Post jobs & search candidates
- Call back candidate's data to attracting re-applying.
- Input data in internal system & download CVs
- Join career fair (if any) and other employer branding activities.
- Do daily operation tasks.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- 3rd or last year University/College students, majoring in Economics, Finance, Banking, Business Management, Law, etc
- Grade-Point Average (GPA) from 2.4/4, to equivalent 6/10
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Good command of English
- Active learner & interested in pursuing a Human Resources career
