- Handle inbound customer inquiries regarding audio and video systems via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AVS products and services.
- Explain complex technical concepts to customers in a clear and concise manner.
- Process orders, upgrades, and account changes with high accuracy.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of telecommunications products and industry trends.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest and customer experience.
- Document all interactions and technical solutions within the CRM system.
- Strive to achieve and maintain high customer satisfaction ratings.
- Participate in training programs to continuously improve technical and service skills.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Excellent communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
- Prior experience in customer service or telecommunications support is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a high level of attention to detail.
- Proficiency in operating telecommunications systems and audio-video equipment.
- Basic technical troubleshooting skills for AVS hardware and software.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a genuine passion for assisting others.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and accurate data entry.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
