- Creating and maintaining staff rosters to ensure adequate and efficient staffing at all times.
- Reporting final rosters/staff hours on a timely basis to the owner and responding to any queries. Good Knowledge of the HR system.
- Daily reporting / cash up and assisting with accounting queries.
- Advising owners on important staffing needs and personnel issues that would affect the daily running of the business.
- Hold productive and informative staff meetings when required.
- Carry out daily briefings/training that are productive and efficient.
- Report back and discuss all relevant matters of the restaurant to the owner via message (not urgent) or telephone call/in person (if urgent) in a productive and timely manner.
- Have an extensive knowledge and understanding of all tok menus, systems and training.
- Train staff on upselling and wine and drinks menu.
- Voice an opinion at all times for the good of tok.
- Supervise and safeguard the restaurant and its standing in the local community.
- Safeguard the building and all surrounding gardens and work with the owner to solve any issues that may arise quickly and effectively.
- Coordinate and assist in the organization of successful events and follow the owners direction and vision.
- Have an excellent line of communication with all suppliers to ensure high quality and price competitiveness at all times.
- Manage the induction and training of all new staff as well as schedule and carry out weekly and monthly reviews.
- A strong and effective communication with the kitchen is very important at all times.
- An understanding of the BOH operations and run an effective kitchen team
- Have a full understanding of the tok brand guidelines, vision and overall concept to achieve business goals.
- Conduct, oversee and have the ability to stock take all drinks in the restaurant.
- Assist with opening and closing stock takes for kitchen and bar.
- Run all reservations effectively and communicate these as per policy.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Have a strong skill set and background in delivering high levels of customer service and be passionate to offer high level service at all times.
- Strong oral and written English communication skills.
- Have the capacity to train and coach all staff both through on the job training as well as scheduled training sessions.
- Have more than 4 years experience in hospitality.
- Have integrity, honesty and take responsibility.
- Have the ability to communicate, manage and delegate at a high level with all levels of staff.
