This position is responsible for assisting customers/VIP guests of Corona Resort & Casino Phu Quoc in planning and booking reservations. It can mean booking hotel and restaurant reservations, car rental, aeroplane tickets, a cruise package or tickets to a show, as well as other amenities of the casino. They may also help plan travel itineraries by suggesting local tourist attractions and places of interest, process payments instruction and send the details and confirmation to the guest and hotel and third parties. Support the office Team to ensure guest’s needs are met by providing ultimate guest service to customers and team members.
All duties must be performed following Corona Resort & Casino Phu Quoc’s policies and within the realm of Corona Resort & Casino Phu Quoc’s Mission Statement.
**Responsibilities:
• Responsible for performing the daily functions of the International Marketing Department.
• Work closely with all casinos marketing team member at all time and supporting the whole department to ensure smooth operation.
• Responsible for transportation arrangements and room bookings for Corona Casino Phu Quoc VIP customers
• Greet and meet VIP customers
• Liaison with VIP Services Team to facilitate and ensure a remarkable visit for Corona Resort & Casino Phu Quoc VIP customers
• Explain and assist VIP customers of our programs and conduct settlement of accounts in an efficient manner
• Answer customers’ question throughout the booking process
• Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to the regulatory, departmental and company policies.
• Always present oneself as a credit to Corona Resort & Casino Phu Quoc and assists others in doing the same.
• Assist VIP Premium guest and ITO’s guest with their request
• Assist marketing team member and monitor the VIP room operation
• Assist all VIP membership inquiry and monitor their VIP program while on duty
• Prepare the check-in & check-out guest list on a daily bases and ensures a smooth process for all guest
• Promote VIP player programs and maintain a good relationship with all guest
• Run hotel reports daily, and whenever required.
• Make limo reservation and work closely with the transportation department
• Inter-act with the hotel team and provide effective communication between the department at all time
• Make internal and external reservation booking for a guest, such as a restaurant, limo, golf, plus all other amenities, etc.

• Diploma degree in Art is required or above, know about the customer services of Casino Marketing.
• Must be able to speak and write English and Chinese / Korean
• Must possess excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills.
• Must possess a well-groomed and professional appearance.
• Must be able to get along with co-workers as a team.
• Must be able to work flexible hours include some weekends and holidays.
