- Uses computers and computer systems (including hardware and software) to conduct iT activities.
- Monitors, ensures and manages the acquisition and maintenance of property based systems.
- Ensures that regular on-going communication is happening in all areas of responsibility to create awareness of business objectives and communicates expectations, recognizes performance and produces desired business results.
- Ensures that computer and network operations are monitored at the property, backup/recovery functions are performed on scheduled basis and administration functions for hardware, operating and application systems are maintained and completed on consistent basis.
- Generates systems communications for property users to provide user tips, alert users of system problems and inform staff of progress or status.

1. Plan, arrange and follow up annual or quarterly health check-up (or any random check-up required by law) for associates. This includes also health check-up for Expat work permit
2. Introduce and implement accident prevention program
3. Direct absenteeism medial case management and conduct visitation at home as needed
4. Consolidate and promote health promotion/wellness program
5. Coordinate with relevant departments on Safety issues/program
6. Administer first aid treatments and provide medications for employees as needed
7. Assist guests who are in critical health status. Monitor and record their condition
8. Assist all injured employees to the nearest hospital
9. Maintain all employees medical records
10. Check medical certificate submitted by associates when they resume back to work from sick leave
11. Conduct inventory of medicines and other supplies at departments twice a month
12. Coordinator and work with Spa Doctor, Recreation Doctor, Spa Manager and Recreation Manager in terms of required medication, safety and hygiene procedures and practice to assure the hotel’s compliance with the Vietnam law
13. Make recommendations and work with the Learning and Development Manager on health-related training courses (including first aid, CPR, Food Safety and Hygiene, etc.)
14. Follow up Government Law on Food Hygiene and Safety. Advise relevant Departments on this.
15. Assist F&B and Kitchen, if required during inspection by Government Inspectors

- Thực hiện các chương trình bán hàng. Phối hợp với các thành viên trong nhóm để hoàn thành chỉ tiêu bán hàng theo quy định của Công ty.
- Chăm sóc khách hàng từ lúc phát sinh giao dịch cho đến khi giao dịch thành công.
