Trách nhiệm công việc Thu thập và phân tích yêu cầu từ khách hàng trong lĩnh vực logistics về các phần mềm quản lý chuyên dụng như quản lý kho (WMS), vận tải (TMS), giao nhận hàng hóa, và chuỗi cung ứng.  Làm rõ nhu cầu khách hàng liên quan đến các phần mềm nội bộ như iOffice (quản lý công việc, văn phòng) và các hệ thống quản lý khác.  Làm cầu nối giữa khách hàng và đội ngũ nội bộ (kỹ thuật, phát triển sản phẩm, kiểm thử) để đảm bảo yêu cầu được hiểu rõ và thực thi chính xác.  Thiết kế giải pháp phần mềm phù hợp với quy trình nghiệp vụ logistics của khách hàng, đồng thời đảm bảo tích hợp hiệu quả với các hệ thống nội bộ.  Xây dựng tài liệu nghiệp vụ và thiết kế các tài liệu chức năng như wireframe, mockup để hỗ trợ quá trình phát triển sản phẩm.  Tham gia kiểm thử chấp nhận người dùng (UAT), đánh giá chất lượng sản phẩm và đảm bảo hệ thống đáp ứng nhu cầu thực tế của khách hàng.  Hỗ trợ triển khai phần mềm, hướng dẫn sử dụng, và xử lý các vấn đề phát sinh sau khi triển khai.  Theo dõi các thay đổi yêu cầu, cập nhật tài liệu, và phối hợp với đội ngũ kỹ thuật để điều chỉnh giải pháp kịp thời.  Hỗ trợ lập kế hoạch, giám sát tiến độ dự án và báo cáo định kỳ cho khách hàng và quản lý cấp cao.  Đề xuất các giải pháp cải tiến hệ thống nội bộ của khách hàng nhằm nâng cao hiệu suất làm việc và tối ưu hóa nguồn lực.  Các công việc khác theo chỉ đạo của quản lý và BOD.  Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn Tốt nghiệp cao đẳng hoặc đại học chuyên ngành CNTT hoặc Hệ thống thông tin.  Có ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương tự.  Có kinh nghiệm với MS SQL.  Kỹ năng quản lý tiến độ dự án tổng thể là một lợi thế.  Có kinh nghiệm làm việc trong môi trường Agile là một lợi thế.  Kỹ năng tổng hợp và báo cáo.  Khả năng tư duy logic và giải quyết vấn đề.  Cẩn thận, tỉ mỉ và có tinh thần trách nhiệm cao.  Kỹ năng giao tiếp và phối hợp.  Khả năng làm việc dưới áp lực cao.  Chủ động trong công việc và tìm tòi công nghệ mới. 1. Infrastructure Management and Operations (On-Premise) Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure following DevOps methodologies, ensuring security, continuity, and scalability. Manage activities related to DevSecOps, including security automation, source code scanning, and continuous security assessment. Integrate and operate CI/CD tools to optimize software development and infrastructure workflows. Perform other related technical tasks as required. 2. Security System Implementation and Operations Manage, deploy, and maintain security systems such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, and other network security solutions. Develop and enforce security policies to ensure protection and compliance with standards such as ISO 27001, GDPR, SOC 2, etc. Monitor and respond to security incidents, ensuring the system operates safely and reliably. Set up and maintain monitoring and logging systems to detect and respond promptly to potential threats. Collaborate closely with software development teams and security teams to ensure security standards are integrated throughout the software development and system operations lifecycle. Create and maintain technical documentation on deployment processes, system configurations, and security policies. Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability scans to identify and remediate weaknesses in the system.
