RoleWe are seeking an IDP Testing Engineer to join our internal platform team. This role is critical in ensuring the quality, reliability, and security of the internal tools and workflows that support our software development lifecycle. You will take initiative in driving improvements in automated testing and contribute to a seamless, self-service developer experience by validating platform functionality and performance. Responsibilities Test Case Development: Design and maintain test cases for all components of the IDP, including the developer portal, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure provisioning, and observability tools.Quality Assurance: Execute both manual and automated tests to identify defects, security vulnerabilities, and performance issues.Security Testing: Validate that the platform adheres to security best practices and that role-based access controls are correctly implemented.Performance Testing: Assess the scalability and efficiency of the platform under various load conditions.Feedback & Iteration: Collaborate with platform engineers to provide actionable feedback and contribute to continuous platform improvement.Documentation: Record test results, defects, and issues discovered during testing.

The Data Architect will be the technical leader responsible for defining the end-to-end data architecture and strategy for our modern data platform. You will design scalable, resilient, and secure data solutions from the ground up, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals. This role requires deep hands-on expertise (5-7 years) to both design and drive the implementation of the data roadmap, focusing on performance, integrity, and accessibility across massive datasets.Lead the conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling efforts for the Data Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, and operational data stores, ensuring high quality and optimal performance.Define the overall data architecture roadmap and technology stack (Cloud, tools, services) to support high-volume data ingestion, transformation, and consumption across the enterprise.Design and document scalable, resilient, and cost-optimized ETL/ELT data integration patterns for diverse data sources (tourism platforms, social media, internal systems).Establish and enforce data governance frameworks, standards, policies, and best practices for data quality, metadata management, lineage, security, and compliance.Act as the expert consultant and technical mentor to the Data Engineering team, guiding them on complex implementation, optimization (e.g., Spark tuning), and troubleshooting of data pipelines.Collaborate with CTO/Leadership and business stakeholders to translate strategic business requirements into feasible, high-impact data architecture solutions.Evaluate and recommend new data technologies, tools, and platforms to ensure the data ecosystem remains cutting-edge and future-proof.Manage and maintain the overall data security model, including access control and data masking/anonymization techniques.

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & implement scalable backend architectures using Python (FastAPI, Flask, or Django).Build and optimize AI-powered backend services, integrating models and inference pipelines with minimal latency.Develop and manage cloud infrastructure on Azure (AKS, App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Storage, etc.).Implement task orchestration and parallel computing workflows using multithreading, multiprocessing, and asynchronous execution for compute-intensive workloads.Design auto-scaling mechanisms to dynamically allocate compute resources (VMs, containers, GPUs) based on workload or active users.Integrate and optimize databases (PostgreSQL, Redis, or similar) for data persistence, caching, and fast retrieval.Collaborate with AI and FE engineers to deploy and serve machine learning models efficiently (batch or real-time inference).Monitor and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, ensuring uptime, fault tolerance, and system reliability.Contribute to DevOps and CI/CD pipelines, automating deployment and testing workflows.Mentor junior engineers and review code for best practices and maintainability.

Design, develop, review, and manage the service for production.Collaborate proactively with Korean tech team and stockholders to develop applications.Maintain existing systems and develop new functions as required.Research new technologies to apply to the company’s project.Provide robust coding practice, unit test coverage, and debugging code.
