We are hiring Middle/Senior Business Analysts to join our product team building next-generation POS and restaurant technology solutions for F&B merchants in the U.S. You will work closely with Product Owners, engineers, QA, UI/UX designers, and U.S. stakeholders to understand real restaurant problems, translate them into clear product requirements, and support delivery from discovery to go-live. Conduct requirements elicitation via interviews, workshops, observation of restaurant operations, and analysis of current systems. Translate business needs into clear artefacts: - User stories & acceptance criteria - Use cases, process flows (AS-IS / TO-BE) - Basic wireframe notes and error/edge-case scenarios Analyze restaurant workflows end-to-end (dine-in, takeout, delivery, online ordering, kitchen routing, tipping, discounts, loyalty, reporting). Work with UI/UX to ensure screens and flows match business rules and are usable for busy F&B staff. Align with Backend and Mobile/Web teams on API/logic requirements and constraints. Support QA in building test scenarios, reviewing test cases, and clarifying expected behavior. Participate in Agile ceremonies (backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives).Assist in UAT: prepare test scripts, support merchants and internal users, track and help resolve defects. Help maintain product documentation (SRS/UC, release notes, configuration guides).
