You will improve late retention (D7–D30) and feature adoption on a live product while contributing to a new prototype. You’ll work closely with engineering, UI/UX, art, QA, data, and UA, using data and market benchmarks to guide iteration. What you’ll do· Design and ship features end-to-end for live and prototype projects (spec → implementation support → tuning → iteration).· Build and tune meta-progression, economy, and balancing (rewards, costs, sinks/sources, pacing).· Create clear UX flows and collaborate with UI/UX to keep goals and progression easy to understand.· Use analytics (Firebase/AppsFlyer) to diagnose issues and drive improvements in retention and adoption.· Benchmark competitor games and translate insights into practical, shippable features/prototypes.
