Trách nhiệm công việc Thiết kế và phát triển giao diện ứng dụng/web bằng HTML/CSS/JS + framework (React/Vue/Angular) cho các sản phẩm của công ty  Đảm bảo tính responsive và phù hợp trên đa nền tảng thiết bị  Phối hợp cùng designer & back‑end để triển khai chức năng/API  Thực hiện kiểm thử, debug, tối ưu performance và accessibility  Quản lý code với Git và tham gia review  Cập nhật công nghệ mới Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn Ít nhất 2 năm làm việc thực tế với Front-end.  Thành thạo HTML5/CSS3 và JavaScript/TypeScript.  Có kinh nghiệm làm việc với ReactJS và đặc biệt là Next.js (App Router / SSR / SSG).  Sử dụng thành thạo Next.js 13+, bao gồm:  Server-side Rendering (SSR), Static Site Generation (SSG)  App Router, Layouts, Server Components  React Hook  API Routes, Middleware, và Dynamic Routing  Tối ưu SEO & Performance với Next.js  Có kinh nghiệm làm việc với UI Libraries như Ant Design (là một điểm cộng).  Thành thạo Git, hiểu biết quy trình Git flow.  Biết sử dụng CSS tiền xử lý như SASS  Có hiểu biết về RESTful API, và từng tích hợp nhiều endpoint API phức tạp.  Có kinh nghiệm với Responsive Design, tối ưu tương thích trên nhiều trình duyệt và thiết bị.  Hiểu biết tốt về UI/UX Design, biết phối hợp với thiết kế.  Có kiến thức về State Management hiện đại: Zustand, Jotai, Redux Toolkit (là một điểm cộng).  Có thể làm việc với Tailwind CSS, Styled-components, hoặc Frame motion là lợi thế.  Phúc lợi dành cho bạn Lương thực nhận khởi điểm từ $800 - 1,700/tháng tùy vào kinh nghiệm.  Tham gia các hoạt động thể thao như: bóng đá, cầu lông, billiards.  Được du lịch nghỉ dưỡng, team building ít nhất 2 lần một năm.  Thử việc 2 tháng, sau thử việc sẽ được review tăng lương.  Đánh giá tăng lương 2 lần mỗi năm, thưởng theo project, thái độ làm việc, thăng tiến nhanh.  Hỗ trợ ăn trưa.  Teamwork nhiệt tình, trẻ tuổi và tiếp cận công nghệ mới.  Thời gian làm việc hiện tại: từ 8:00 sáng đến 17:00 chiều - 8 tiếng/ngày từ Thứ 2 - thứ 6. Nếu có đăng ký làm thứ bảy và chủ nhật sẽ được tính OT.
