The Brand Manager will oversee 360° campaigns, brand innovation, healthcare professional engagement, strategic partnerships, and consumer communication across all channels. This position requires strong leadership, commercial acumen, and deep experience in FMCG nutrition marketing to deliver market share growth and brand equity.Role accountabilities- Strategic Brand Management:• Lead strategic planning and execution of the annual brand plan for Total10 by Anlene brand, Own the P&L, pricing strategy, and portfolio mix.- Innovation Launch Excellence:• Partner with the global innovation team & manufacturer to develop NPD from gate 0 to post-launch review, including formula input, claim alignment, and go-to-market planning.- HCPs & Medical Engagement:• Build brand trust in Medical channels through: digital-first communication, PR, social storytelling, pharmacy activation, and HCP education (doctors/pharmacists).• Identify and execute win-win collaborations with healthcare and retail partners (e.g., FPT Long Châu, Pharmacity), supporting brand purpose and driving consumer conversion.- Media & Content Strategy:• Work closely with media/digital agencies and in-house teams to deliver high-performing omnichannel campaigns. Evaluate performance using a data-driven and test-learn-optimize mindset.- Team & Cross-Functional Collaboration:• Lead project teams & foster collaboration and strong stakeholder management with cross-functional units including Sales, RA, Supply Chain, and Global Brand teams.- Compliance & Risk Management:• Ensure all communication and innovation activities comply with local regulations, scientific substantiation, and Fonterra governance standards.
