- Điều phối hoạt động vận hành: Theo dõi và điều phối hoạt động của các tài xế để đảm bảo chuyến đi được thực hiện đúng lịch trình và đúng quy định.- Giám sát hiệu suất hoạt động: Theo dõi và báo cáo về hiệu suất hoạt động và các chỉ số chất lượng phục vụ khác.- Giải quyết vấn đề: Xử lý các vấn đề phát sinh trong quá trình vận hành như sự cố kỹ thuật, tranh cãi giữa tài xế và khách hàng...- Bảo trì và bảo dưỡng: Đảm bảo rằng các xe được bảo trì định kỳ và giữ gìn sạch sẽ để đảm bảo sự an toàn và chất lượng dịch vụ.- Đào tạo và hỗ trợ tài xế: Cung cấp hướng dẫn và hỗ trợ cho tài xế về các quy định vận hành, quy trình làm việc và cách giải quyết các vấn đề thường gặp.
