This section should describe the overall purpose of the role, accountabilities, desired and essential criteria, and role specific competencies.Role purpose Business Analyst cum Assistant Project Manager is responsible for bridging the gap between IT and the business by using data analytics to determine business requirements, improve business processes, and ensure project delivery is executed on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic objectives.Key Accountabilities • As a Business Analyst: • Gather and define business and configuration requirements for the Sale Platform, especially for insurance sales workflows and distribution channels. • Collaborate with vendor and internal development team to enhance system functions and ensure alignment with insurance business processes. • Perform QA, validate sales journeys, and ensure system accuracy. • Define key reports and alerts related to sales performance, commissions, and partner activities. • Support verify documents (URD, FSD…) and maintain Sale Platform processes such as lead management, quotation, e-submission, and partner onboarding… to ensure details sufficiency as users’ requirement and in scope of Request Proposal of bidding. • Coordinate with business units, partners, and vendors to optimize integrations with core insurance systems. • Identify issues, recommend improvements, and support UAT and deployment activities. • Other tasks as assigned by Line Manager. • Assistant Project Manager: • Support to follow up end-to-end project planning, scope definition, and timeline management. • Support to coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure aligned and timely delivery. • Support to monitor project progress, detect risks, handle change requests, and ensure quality outcomes. • Support to prepare and communicate project status reports and report risks to stakeholders and line management. • Oversee UAT, deployment activities, and post-implementation reviews. • Support to manage vendor performance, SLAs, deliverables, and negotiations throughout the project lifecycle.

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior QA Engineer to join our R&D team. This role focuses on ensuring the quality, stability, and performance of two core product areas: Creative Tools and Development Tools. The Senior QA Engineer will lead testing strategies, mentor junior QA team members, and collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and designers to deliver world-class solutions.• Define and implement comprehensive QA strategies for Creative Tools and Development Tools.• Develop test plans, test cases, and automation frameworks for cloud-based and desktop environments.• Validate creative content generation features and collaboration tools.• Test integrations with IDEs and version control systems.• Verify role-based access control and administrative permissions across platforms.• Build and maintain automated test suites for regression and performance testing.• Guide junior QA engineers in best practices, tools, and methodologies.• Work with R&D engineers to identify defects, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution.

Main tasks• Manage, maintain, and enhance software system.• Monitoring, Analyzing and Reporting of any issues related to the Application, and Liaising with the Solution Partners in timely Issue resolutions• Develop new modules, functions, connection integrations• Coordinate with end-users, vendors to detect and resolve system issues• The document, review and enhance regularly the technical administration and support procedures and ensure auditors’ requirements are met.

• Phát triển và duy trì AI Platform: Thiết kế, xây dựng và tối ưu hóa các tính năng core của nền tảng AI, bao gồm multi-agent orchestration, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), MCP (Model Context Protocol), và Agent-to-Agent communication, đảm bảo hiệu suất cao và khả năng mở rộng.• Kiến trúc hệ thống end-to-end: Chịu trách nhiệm thiết kế kiến trúc full-stack từ frontend (UI/UX cho AI workflows) đến backend (API, microservices, agent coordination), database design và integration với các LLM providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.).• Triển khai RAG pipeline: Xây dựng và tối ưu hóa hệ thống RAG hoàn chỉnh bao gồm document processing, vector embedding, semantic search, context retrieval và prompt engineering để nâng cao chất lượng AI responses.• Phát triển Multi-Agent System: Thiết kế và implement logic điều phối nhiều AI agents, xử lý communication protocols, task delegation, conflict resolution và state management giữa các agents.• Tích hợp MCP và A2A protocols: Implement Model Context Protocol để quản lý context hiệu quả và xây dựng Agent-to-Agent communication framework cho phép các agents tương tác, chia sẻ thông tin và collaborate trong các workflows phức tạp.• Tối ưu hiệu suất và scalability: Monitor, profile và optimize performance của các AI workflows, xử lý concurrent requests, caching strategies, và đảm bảo platform có thể scale theo nhu cầu người dùng.• API development và integration: Thiết kế RESTful/GraphQL APIs, integrate với third-party services, vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant), và các AI/ML tools ecosystem.• Code quality và best practices: Maintain high code quality standards, viết unit tests, integration tests, conduct code reviews, và document technical architecture và APIs cho team.• Collaboration và mentoring: Làm việc chặt chẽ với AI/ML engineers, product managers và designers, đồng thời mentor junior developers về AI application development và best practices.• R&D công nghệ mới: Nghiên cứu và đánh giá các công nghệ AI emerging (fine-tuning, prompt optimization techniques, new agent frameworks), đề xuất và implement các giải pháp cải tiến cho platform.
