Tổ chức đào tạo nghiệp vụ, hướng dẫn, hỗ trợ nhân viên:• Hướng dẫn, đào tạo, hỗ trợ các nghiệp vụ, kỹ năng và phổ biến nội dung các văn bản mới ban hành cho nhân viên thuộc quyền quản lý.• Đào tạo nhân sự kế thừa.• Hỗ trợ và giải quyết các vướng mắc, khó khăn của nhân viên trong quá trình bán hàng.

1. Nghiên Cứu Thị Trường- Phân tích thị trường và xu hướng tiêu dùng liên quan đến sản phẩm thẻ.- Nghiên cứu đối thủ cạnh tranh để xác định các chiến lược marketing hiệu quả.2. Lập Kế Hoạch Chiến Lược Marketing- Xây dựng và triển khai các chiến dịch marketing số nhằm tăng cường nhận thức về sản phẩm thẻ. - Đề xuất các chiến lược quảng cáo trực tuyến, bao gồm SEO, SEM, và quảng cáo trên mạng xã hội.3. Quản Lý Nội Dung- Tạo và quản lý nội dung cho các kênh truyền thông số (website, blog, mạng xã hội).- Đảm bảo nội dung phù hợp với thương hiệu và thu hút khách hàng mục tiêu.4. Truyền thông Trực Tuyến- Thiết kế và quản lý các chiến dịch truyền thông trực tuyến.- Theo dõi và tối ưu hóa hiệu suất truyền thông để đạt được ROI tốt nhất.5. Phân Tích Dữ Liệu- Sử dụng các công cụ phân tích (như Google Analytics) để theo dõi hiệu suất của các chiến dịch marketing.- Đánh giá và báo cáo kết quả chiến dịch, từ đó đưa ra các điều chỉnh cần thiết.

Key Job Purpose :• To execute field service activities to get higher customer satisfaction under Application Supervisor/ Manager’s supervision.• To assist Supervisor/ Manager in making plan and supervise field service activities under Service plan.Summary of Functional Duties & Responsibilities :1. To support Managers/ Supervisors to provide solution, plan and resource for manpower, training, tools, spare part and service materials to adapt customer requirements.2. To read, update and follow company's standard operating procedures and guidelines in daily work.3. To support Supervisor/Manager to make, review and improve standard operating procedures and guidelines.4. To execute activities to achieve PM contract target and Service KPI.5. To make technical/application documents required for customer service and edit to improve under manager/supervisor’s instruction.6. To collect market & customer information, feedback to sales department or Manager/ Supervisor. Support to collect customer satisfaction level.7. To execute field service activities (installation, training and support) to end users with correct plan, procedures, policies and documentation requirements.8. To join Service meeting & training according to Manager/ Supervisor’s instruction.9. To conduct and support technical or application training in territory for new staffs, distributors. Arrange knowledge and troubleshooting transfer to the Team for the specific products/application.10. To provide application, scientific and product information to customers and other departments in company.11.
