Area of Responsibilities:• To develop piping basic design: Piping studies, Hydraulic & Lubrication diagrams, piping equipment layout, Piping Distribution diagrams and Line list and first filling quantities for technological interconnecting piping inside rolling mill plants (rolling mill là DMH, hot strip mill là DWU).• To develop piping detail design: 3D piping routing and supports modelling on Autodesk Inventor /E3D model according to internal and international standards/codes. Development of Piping Arrangement Drawings, supports drawing and Isometrics based on Autodesk Inventor/E3D model for technological interconnecting piping inside rolling mill/hot strip mill plants.• To check and issue sketch material list, piping bill of materials.• To coordinate and give inputs to various engineering groups and sites.

* Job Purpose Communicate with customer, ZhongShan and co-ordinate with V sample room on sample development, technical packageavailability to ensure products conformity according to buyer's standard and follow up the production status ensure no shipment delay * Key Rolesand Responsibilities (Key Accountabilities) 1. Follow up Sample approval status/ Red seal sample according to production planning (PPC chart) to make surereadiness of approval comment for pre-production meeting 2. Department: PMOReports To: Launch Sr. Manager APACPosition Summary:This position is one of the key members of the NPD team. which the team develops parts and products with input from the designer team. this role is responsible for plastic injection tooling related parts, including exterior covers and internal mechanical. this role is reporting to the lead engineer, work through the development process, provide deliverable at a scheduled time plan.Responsibilities:• Work with plastic molding suppliers during the product development and mass production stages.• Evaluate and approve new plastic molding suppliers according to company standards (technical capability, quality system, capacity, etc.).• Review supplier tooling design, material selection, and molding process to ensure compliance with technical drawings and specifications.• Conduct supplier process audits and part evaluations to verify production readiness and capability.• Support DFM (Design for Manufacturability) discussions between design and suppliers to optimize part design and mold structure.• Analyze sample parts (FAI, trial parts) and provide technical feedback to suppliers.• Support problem-solving and corrective actions for any molding-related issues during production.• Collaborate with internal teams (Quality, Procurement, Production, Production Engineering, R&D) to ensure supplier performance and part quality.• Prepare and maintain technical reports, inspection records, and approval documentation.

Recipe Oversight:a. Supervise the procedures, timing, and issuance of edible, packaging, and ingredient BOMs b. Oversee the logic used to process edible, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established processes.b.
