Development Merchandising - Tìm hiểu các khuynh hướng thời trang và cùng đồng hành cùng các nhà thiết kế các thương hiệu để cùng nhau tạo nên các bộ sưu tập. - Tìm nguyên phụ liệu phù hợp với các ý tưởng thiết kế từ các chủ hàng của công ty, để xây dựng và phát triển bộ sưu tập đó, theo định hướng chung của công ty.- Nhận hồ sơ phát triển của từng bộ sưu tập từ khách. Liên lạc với các chủ hàng để lấy nguyên phụ liệu, báo giá. Kết nối bộ phận kỹ thuật để lên kế hoạch may mẫu, chào giá cho các mã hàng trong các bộ sưu tập đó.- Trao đổi với khách hàng để tìm giải pháp cho thiết kế sản phẩm, nhằm đảm bảo chất lượng và giá cả hợp lý.- Thiết lập các tiêu chuẩn về chất lượng nguyên phụ liệu, thành phẩm với khách hành.
