1. Mục tiêu công việc- Quản lý và điều hành toàn bộ hoạt động chất lượng trong công ty (bao gồm QA & QC).- Đảm bảo sản phẩm đáp ứng tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật, yêu cầu khách hàng và hệ thống quản lý chất lượng.- Xây dựng, duy trì và cải tiến hệ thống chất lượng, giảm lỗi, tăng sự hài lòng của khách hàng.2. Nhiệm vụ chính2.1 Quản lý hệ thống chất lượng (QA):- Xây dựng, triển khai và duy trì hệ thống quản lý chất lượng theo ISO 9001, IATF 16949 (nếu có), ISO 14001…- Soạn thảo, kiểm soát và cải tiến các quy trình, hướng dẫn, tiêu chuẩn chất lượng.- Tổ chức các cuộc đánh giá nội bộ, đánh giá khách hàng, đánh giá chứng nhận.- Quản lý khiếu nại khách hàng, phân tích nguyên nhân và đưa ra hành động khắc phục – phòng ngừa.2.2 Quản lý kiểm soát chất lượng (QC):- Xây dựng kế hoạch kiểm soát chất lượng nguyên liệu (IQC), quá trình sản xuất (PQC) và thành phẩm (OQC).- Quản lý, giám sát đội ngũ QC trong việc kiểm tra, đo lường, đánh giá sản phẩm.- Phân tích lỗi, tỷ lệ NG, đề xuất cải tiến quy trình sản xuất.- Quản lý sản phẩm không phù hợp (NCR), phối hợp các bộ phận liên quan để xử lý.2.3 Báo cáo & cải tiến:- Lập báo cáo định kỳ về chất lượng sản phẩm, hệ thống, tình trạng khiếu nại khách hàng.- Đề xuất và triển khai các hoạt động cải tiến (Kaizen, 5S, Lean Six Sigma).- Tổ chức đào tạo nâng cao ý thức chất lượng cho toàn bộ nhân viên.3. Thẩm quyền- Đề xuất và ban hành quy trình, tiêu chuẩn chất lượng.- Dừng sản xuất hoặc xuất hàng nếu phát hiện rủi ro chất lượng nghiêm trọng.- Quyết định xử lý sản phẩm không phù hợp.- Đề xuất nhân sự, khen thưởng/kỷ luật trong phạm vi phòng Chất lượng.- Báo cáo trực tiếp cho Ban Giám đốc/Tổng Giám đốc.

• Lên phương án thiết kế nguyên lý, concept cho robot vận chuyển hàng tự động, robot dịch vụ theo yêu cầu của khách hàng, các máy móc hoạt động cùng với robot tự hành như băng tải, loader/unloader, kho tự đông…• Kết hợp với kỹ sư lập trình, kỹ sư thiết kế điện để lên kế hoạch và thực hiện kế hoạch cho dự án• Thiết kế cơ khí cho robot vận chuyển hàng tự động, robot dịch vụ• Kiểm soát bản vẽ, BOM list của dự án• Thực hiện cải tiến, giảm chi phí cho các dự án hiện tại• Thực hiện các công việc theo sự phân công của cấp trên

1. Triển khai các công việc bảo dưỡng, sửa chữa, lắp đặt và cải tiến thiết bị.2. Nghiên cứu chuyên sâu về Cơ khí/PLC, Robot, Vision và các thiết bị tự động hóa sử dụng trên dây chuyền 3. Giám sát việc tuân thủ các quy trình, quy định của nhân viên4. Thiết lập KPI cho từng vị trí của bộ phận và thực hiện đánh giá theo tần suất5. Xây dựng các chương trình đào tạo để phát triển kỹ năng cho nhân viên6. Biết cách lập ngân sách và quản lý ngân sách bảo trì bảo dưỡng hiệu quả ( Vật tư tiêu hao, spare part, CCDC, dịch vụ sửa chữa bảo dưỡng,..)7. Đưa ra các ý tưởng kết hợp bám sát thực tế để tối ưu ngân sách qua từng giai đoạn sản xuất.8. Quản lý vật tư, mua bán hàng hóa qua hệ thống SAP9. Triển khai cho các kỹ sư/ Tổ trưởng về quy cách thực hiện TPM định kỳ thông qua SAP system.10. Vận hành, truy xuất và phân tích dữ liệu từ Server và MES local.11. Tham gia vào việc xử lý các issue liên quan máy móc thiết bị trên line chuyền12. Lập kế hoạch kiểm tra, bảo dưỡng định kỳ các hệ thống.13. Báo cáo các chỉ số liên quan: Downtime, MTTR, MTBF, Machine avaiabilit, WO,….14. Quản lý vật tư, chi phí Xuất-Nhập vật tư, lập ngân sách và mua bán vật tư bảo trì phù hợp.15. Triển khai đào tạo, hướng dẫn các quy trình và quy định của tổ chức/công ty.16. Quản lý hạng mục hiệu chuẩn kiểm định thiết bị để đảm bảo sản xuất.17. Đưa ra các ý tưởng và đánh giá các ý tưởng cải tiến từ nhân viên.18. Triển khai và quản lý các dự án mới.19. Các công việc phát sinh được sắp xếp khi có sự thay đổi/ yêu cầu từ công ty hoặc cán bộ lãnh đạo.

PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION:Be responsible for leading and overseeing the development, optimization, and improvement of complex manufacturing processes within the electronics manufacturing services (EMS) industry. Play a critical role in driving process excellence, innovation, and efficiency to meet customer requirements and organizational goals.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY:1. New product introduction (NPI):- Design for Manufacturability (DFM) Review and provide feedback to customer, create process flow diagrams, define critical process parameters, select appropriate equipment, and establish efficient assembly methods. Create and maintain Bills of Materials, build instructions, conducting process trials, and addressing any issues or challenges that arise during the NPI build.2. Process Development and Optimization:- Lead the design, development, and optimization of complex manufacturing processes for electronic products, ensuring alignment with customer specifications and industry best practices.- Conduct advanced feasibility studies, process simulations, and risk assessments to identify opportunities for process improvement, cycle time reduction, and cost optimization.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design engineers, manufacturing personnel, and suppliers, to implement innovative process solutions and resolve technical challenges.3. Process Validation and Qualification:- Develop and execute comprehensive validation plans for new processes, process modifications, and technology transfers.- Apply advanced statistical techniques to analyze data, evaluate process capabilities, and ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.- Provide guidance and mentorship to Level 1 and Level 2 engineers in process validation methodologies and best practices.4. Documentation, Standardization, and Training:- Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process flow diagrams.- Drive process standardization initiatives across multiple sites, product lines, and customer projects.- Provide training and mentorship to Level 1 and Level 2 engineers and production personnel on advanced process techniques, methodologies, and quality standards.5. Component evulation:- Participate in evaluating the raw material and new supplier/ vendor with SQE, review and propose to customer for alternative component.6. Equipment and Technology:- Evaluate and select cutting-edge equipment, tools, and technologies to support manufacturing processes, considering factors such as performance, scalability, and industry trends.- Collaborate with equipment vendors and suppliers to assess capabilities, conduct trials, and recommend strategic investments in new equipment or process improvements.- Lead the implementation, commissioning, and qualification of new equipment and technologies, ensuring seamless integration into existing processes.7. Data Analysis and Performance Monitoring:- Analyze complex process data using statistical methods, advanced analytics tools, and software to monitor process performance, detect trends, and drive data-driven decision-making.- Develop real-time process monitoring systems and implement statistical process control (SPC) methodologies to ensure process stability and capability.- Generate comprehensive reports and present findings to stakeholders and senior management.8. Troubleshooting and Problem Solving:- Investigate and resolve issues related to manufacturing processes, equipment failures, and product quality deviations. Work closely with production and maintenance teams to identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and prevent future occurrences.9. Continuous Improvement and Innovation:- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.- Utilize advanced Lean Six Sigma methodologies, such as DMAIC and DMADV, to identify and eliminate process bottlenecks, reduce variability, and optimize process performance.- Foster a culture of innovation by researching and evaluating emerging technologies, materials, and processes to drive competitive advantage.10. Collaboration and Communication:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, operators, technicians, and management, to ensure effective communication and alignment on process improvement initiatives. Share findings, recommendations, and progress updates with relevant stakeholders.11. Support Supervisor/ Manager to train for new staff and perform other related duties as designed by superior.

Location: Hai Phong or Ha TinhAn industrial engineer is responsible to lead the company initiative to move towards lean production environment. Acts as a central resource for lean manufacturing and assists with day-to-day production support and improvements. The person in this position is responsible for using Lean Manufacturing principles to drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence.
