Kiểm tra hàng ngày nguyên vật liệu đầu vào theo tiêu chuẩn.Ghi nhận sự cố hàng ngày và báo cáo cho Tổ trưởng/Quản lý.Soạn thảo quy trình, biểu mẫu, phiếu kiểm tra cho công việc IQC.Thực hiện quy trình PPAP (Phê duyệt linh kiện sản xuất) – xác minh nguyên vật liệu cho dự án mới.Làm việc với nhà cung cấp để nghiên cứu, tìm nguyên nhân gốc rễ và theo dõi giải pháp từ nhà cung cấp.Cập nhật quy trình kiểm tra nguyên vật liệu đầu vào.Thực hiện các công việc khác theo sự phân công của Tổ trưởng/Quản lý.

In particular, the technician will follow piping erection/flushing and start-up of Hydraulic units (high pressure oil) / water plant / grease / lubrication. Furthermore, the advisor will follow commissioning of actuators on the line (mainly hydraulic/pneumatic cylinders) and commissioning of valve stands (various types of valves). Take full responsibility for managing the quality of incoming material, support QC Manager manage IQC team, make sure all subordinates work in right way.• Control and ensure incoming parts are compliance with quality and specification requirements.• Ensures that IQC Inspectors conduct inspections according to approved procedures/specifications and inspection plans.
