To ensure the efficient and effective operation, maintenance, and repair of CLAAS Machines by providing high-quality technical support, consultation, and training to dealers and customers. This position aims to enhance customer satisfaction and optimize machine performance in Vietnam & Laos Market.• Supporting dealer service engineers (if planned) and end customers in the repair, assembly and commissioning of Claas machines. • Conducting induction training for the end customer's operating staff. Participate in the commissioning of the machine in the field/farm.• Checking the function of all components and assemblies, if necessary carrying out repairs to restore functionality, adjusting machines and assemblies.• Consulting the end customer on maintenance and operation of the machine. • Supporting customers in operating the machines during technological operations • Training dealers and end customers on Claas machines as a trainer • Technical support to key customers.• Supporting marketing campaigns and logistic processes (receiving, unloading and loading of machines).• Researching breakdown and damage statistics.• Communicating with the Claas support team and component suppliers.• Defining and monitoring general warranty periods.• Supporting and carrying out SI's (service inspections).• Investigation of technical problems in the field, if required, in order to resolve them promptly.• Collecting, processing and analyzing information on identified faults of machinery according to approved parameters and forwarding it to Claas for processing.• Parts support, determining the catalogue number or technical parameters of spare parts, the correspondence of these spare parts to the machine serial number and their use on a specific type of machine.

Công việc chính:- Quảng bá các sản phẩm điện trung thế và hạ thế (MV & LV), máy biến áp, tủ điện Susol & Modular loại có kiểm định (Type-test MDB), và các giải pháp năng lượng thông minh (Smart Energy) đến các đơn vị tư vấn, thiết kế, tích hợp hệ thống và khách hàng. - Duy trì mối quan hệ chặt chẽ với các đơn vị tư vấn và công ty thiết kế nhằm đưa sản phẩm/ giải pháp của LS vào trong các bản vẽ thiết kế. - Tổ chức các buổi đào tạo cho khách hàng, bao gồm thuyết trình kỹ thuật, sản phẩm, tài liệu đào tạo,... để khách hàng làm quen và hiểu rõ hơn về sản phẩm/giải pháp của LS.- Quản lý các hoạt động presales và phát triển dự án mới- Cập nhật thông tin thị trường bằng cách theo dõi đối thủ, phân tích định vị sản phẩm ở cấp độ thị trường, từ đó phát triển danh mục sản phẩm/ giải pháp của LS tại Việt Nam.

• Update Factory allocation, PRD (package ready date), PCD (plan cutting date) on the TNA for Sales and Fabric Merchandiser in Shanghai. • Check and translate PP comments into Vietnamese before sending Factories. • Arrange approved swatch fabric and trims to send factory as a standard of Fabric/ trim inspection. • Guide factory about thread instruction based on swatch fabric and be responsible for the color approval of thread options. • Make a material balance sheet to monitor the situation and work with Fabric merchandiser and Purchase merchandiser in terms quantity and date of arrival • Follow up the FPP sample with factory to ensure PRD dates are met. • Handover PP meeting details to QC team to conduct PP meeting with outsource factory in physical. • Make the sample planning (Press sample, TOP sample, Shipment sample, E-com sample etc.) and arrange to send samples to Buyer on time with the best quality. • Check all the samples along with office QA and sign on the register/report. • Consult senior manager for commercial decision of sending samples if there is a delay • Check Factory production plan to see factory’s plan same as OCC. • Check Factory’s Fabric/Trims inspection report after our QC confirmation. • Collect proof of defects and roll shortage along with QC. • Once buyer approves, send request to factory for over cutting and to Purchase merchandiser for arrange extra trims within factory requirement date. • Check factory daily progress reports (cutting, input, output, end line QC, final QC, packing) and chase factory to catch plan Final inspection date and Buyer delivery date. • Send delivery extension request to Sales and follow up. • Follow production status closely and coordinate with other departments (Sales, Purchase, Fabric merchandiser, Technical team, QC team, Logistic team, factory ...) to handle all raise issues during production and delivery. • Complete Buyer QC file (documents + seal sample) to send factory for 3rd party Inspection. • Book Inline inspection and Final inspection with 3rd party. • Inform QC CWT about the 3rd party Final inspection plan and ensure QC CWT conduct Pre-final inspection internally before having official inspection. • Check Final packing list of factories and make Carton barcode sticker on Buyer’s system. • Balance materials at the end of the order based on actual cutting qty, actual shipping qty and request factory to return excess materials. • Check and sign the final balance sheet from the factory and submit it for Senior Manager signature. • Collect the final balance sheet from Sourcing assistant to send back to the factory to apply payment. • Make reconciliation report within 2 weeks of shipment and send to purchase merchandiser to input purchase details • Investigate on Buyer claims if any

Description of Main Activities/Responsibilities:- Assess and verify raw materials used in IRCA products including supplier updates that may impact IRCA products to meet Food Regulations across EU and APAC. - Responsible for label template creations for commercialized products and ensure labels are in compliance across all target markets (EU/APAC). - Maintain regulatory data readiness and integrity in IRCA systems. - Work closely with category technologist and supply quality on existing and potential suppliers and provide regulatory inputs related to specific raw material category. - Keep abreast with regulatory updates that will impact our products and communicate to stakeholder to ensure existing products are in compliance with the new regulation. - Able to write, concise but detailed and easy to understand regulatory horizon scanning and regulatory strategies that could support business growth.
