Control & Governance• Provide guidance to internal teams and vendors to align solutions with strategic business priorities.• Review and challenge vendor estimations, solutions, and deliverables.• Ensure all business requirements are collected, validated, and managed with full visibility and transparency.• Establish and enforce quality standards, KPIs, and control metrics to vendor and internal teams.2. Assessment & Evaluation• Analyze and continuously improve system processes and delivery workflows.• Identify and mitigate risks related to technology, cost, timelines, and quality.• Evaluate vendor performance and lead performance review sessions.• Classify and negotiate efforts spent on analysis, development and bug fixing.3. Build & Solution Design• Act as a high-level solution architect, ensuring scalable, maintainable system designs.• Collaborate with Product Owners and Business Stakeholders to define and prioritize requirements.• Lead solution design sessions and confirm alignment with business value.• Minimize unnecessary customization by encouraging standardized processes.• Drive innovation and propose practical solutions that address core pain points while balancing the cost from vendor.4. Delivery & Acceptance• Oversee end-to-end delivery from design through testing and production deployment.• Collaborate with BA, QC, and vendor teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.• Validate deliverables, drive defect resolution, and maintain project documentation.• Monitor timeline, cost, and quality with transparent status reporting.5. Run & Operation Support• Oversee service operation including incident, problem, change, and release management.• Develop and execute UAT, BAU and support plans.• Manage dependencies and blockers across internal and external teams.6. Leadership & Team Management• Lead and inspire cross-functional teams.• Guide team to prioritize features based on business value.• Coach team members to grow functional and technical capability.• Work on other tasks assigned by Line Managers/Heads.7. Ownership & Knowledge Management• Take over and maintain in-depth system know-how.• Develop comprehensive documentation for systems, workflows, and processes.• Ensure knowledge transfer and process ownership is shifted from vendors to internal team.
