Lập kế hoạch và Tham gia đào tạo về các mảng phần mềm cho các cán bộ kỹ thuật của BIDV. Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn1. Yêu cầu độ tuổi: ≤ 35 tuổi tại thời điểm dự tuyển  2. Trình độ chuyên môn:  Tốt nghiệp Đại học (chính quy, công lập trong nước hoặc Đại học tại nước ngoài) trở lên thuộc các chuyên ngành: Công nghệ thông tin, Điện tử viễn thông, Toán tin ứng dụng hoặc các chuyên ngành phù hợp có liên quan khác. 3. Trình độ ngoại ngữ, tin học: Ngoại ngữ: Tối thiểu đạt một trong các chứng chỉ TOEIC đạt 600/990, Toefl PBT/IPT đạt 500/677, Toefl CBT đạt 173/300, Toefl iBT đạt 61/120, Ielts đạt 5.5/9.0, Cambridge Exam đạt First (FCE), B2 Khung Châu Âu, 4/6 Khung năng lực ngoại ngữ 6 bậc. Chấp nhận ứng viên bổ sung chứng chỉ tiếng Anh trong thời gian 24 tháng kể từ ngày được tuyển dụng. 4. Kinh nghiệm công tác Tối thiểu 01 năm kinh nghiệm quản trị các hệ thống phầm mềm ứng dụng, quản trị các phần mềm nền tảng phục vụ triển khai các website, quản trị các hệ thống ứng dụng triển khai trên public cloud. Ưu tiên ứng viên có các chứng chỉ về CNTT hoặc đã tham gia triển khai các dự án CNTT tại BIDV. Trách nhiệm công việc1. Quản trị Hệ thống: Quản trị các hệ thống máy chủ và thiết bị lưu trữ, sao lưu/phục hồi dữ liệu, hệ thống Active Directory, email  của BIDV Thực hiện quản trị các loại hệ điều hành Linux, Windows… và các nền tảng ảo hóa Vmware, Microsoft, IBM… Tham gia xây dựng, triển khai các giải pháp kỹ thuật, quy hoạch và tối ưu hệ thống  Xử lý các vấn đề/sự cố, thực hiện hỗ trợ kỹ thuật thuộc mảng công việc được phân công quản trị  Giám sát, theo dõi cảnh báo các vấn đề liên quan đến máy chủ và thiết bị lưu trữ. Tham gia và xây dựng tài liệu diễn tập dự phòng HA, DR cho các hệ thống được phân công quản trị Tham gia đào tạo/ hướng dẫn về máy chủ và thiết bị lưu trữ, các loại hệ điều hành, hệ thống Active Directory và các giải pháp khác  2. Nghiên cứu khoa học, triển khai dự án:  Theo dõi và xây dựng/triển khai bảo trì các hệ thống máy chủ và thiết bị lưu trữ. Tham gia nghiên cứu, kiểm thử các hệ thống máy chủ, thiết bị, các công cụ giám sát, tự động hóa  Tham gia triển khai các dự án, kế hoạch mua sắm liên quan đến máy chủ, hệ thống Active Directory, email và thiết bị lưu trữ. Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn1. Yêu cầu độ tuổi: ≤ 35 tuổi tại thời điểm dự tuyển  2. Kinh nghiệm công tác Tối thiểu 02 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực quản trị hệ thống máy chủ, hệ thống lưu trữ, hệ thống Active Directory, email hoặc lĩnh vực liên quan. Ưu tiên các ứng viên đã có kiến thức, kinh nghiệm nhiều năm trong công tác quản trị hệ thống máy chủ, hệ thống lưu trữ, Active Directory, email, công nghệ ảo hóa (VMware, Hyper-V, KVM…), Docker, Container v.v… Đối với ứng viên nội bộ: Có tối thiểu 03 năm là chuyên viên công tác tại một trong các bộ phận quản trị hệ thống máy chủ, hệ thống lưu trữ tại các Ban/Trung tâm TSC. Có tối thiểu 03 năm công tác tại BIDV, không trong thời gian bị xem xét thi hành kỷ luật hoặc đang trong thời gian thi hành kỷ luật. Có kết quả xếp loại hoàn thành nhiệm vụ từ mức tốt trở lên trong vòng 1 năm gần nhất. 5. Yêu cầu khác:  Chịu được áp lực công việc cao, chấp nhận trực theo dõi, giám sát hệ thống và xử lý sự cố theo yêu cầu của công việc. Thái độ làm việc nghiêm túc, cẩn thận, nhiệt tình. Có khả năng nghiên cứu, học hỏi công nghệ nhanh. Có kỹ năng giao tiếp, xử lý tình huống. Có khả năng làm việc theo nhóm hoặc độc lập... By this activity, the Sales Manager will actively support the Company’s growth and success.• Present, promote and sell industrial equipment and solutions for the Warehouse Automation industry segments, incl. the company’s Engineering Operations portfolio to existing and prospective customers.- Identify target customers based on identified industry segments- Generate sales calls and visit existing and potential customers.- Conduct presentations and demonstrations, proof of concepts and any other related demonstrations relevant to sales.- Perform analyses of existing and potential customers’ needs and offer solutions that address their needs, including submission of the Project Evaluation Form (PEF) and Project Management (PM) Scorecard.- Prepare and calculate standard offer/quotations based on identified customer needs in line with company’s standards, rules and regulations or as directed and submit for approval. Support the functional manager for complex offers.- Negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions in close coordination with the functional manager and in line with company’s standards, rules and regulations or as directed.- Contribute necessary information for prompt order registration and commercial handover to local and Procurement Center (PC) order processing. - Conduct regular sales planning and report it to the functional manager.- Update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system regularly.- Cooperate and coordinate with team members and other departments especially Technical Services, Engineering Operations, and sales colleagues from other departments, to offer and execute solutions that fulfil the customer’s needs.• Analyze the market as input for suitable sales strategies.- Keep constantly updated on relevant knowledge, trends, and best practices. - Forecast, analyze, and report to the functional manager market potentials, trends (innovations), customer needs, interests and problems and appraise customer segmentation and competitor activities including information on cross country investments of customers. - Plan sales activity based on market analysis.• Grow the business by being visible in the market.- Make suggestions for and support the organization of local fairs, seminars, conferences, and market analyses.- Attend local and international company fairs.• Develop, establish, and maintain long term, positive relationships with customers.- Make contact and promote good relationships with subject matter experts, key customers, and decision makers.- Build and maintain strong and sustainable relationships with customers by emphasizing the company’s comprehensive industrial solutions.- Provide excellent service to customers by giving undivided attention and focus on meeting their needs.- Find solutions to customer issues and complaints to maximize satisfaction. - Anticipate questions, concerns and future issues and provide solutions that will consistently result in repeated business, word of mouth referrals and increased sales. - Represent the company to the public, key stakeholders, and partners to ensure a good reputation.
