You will work closely with product managers, engineers, visualization teams, and operations stakeholders to design intuitive, reliable and scalable digital experiences.As a Product Designer, you will design web and mobile applications used in real-world operational environments. Maintain existing Golang based microservices and develop new backend service on the platform. Design and implement features used across the platform to ensure consistency and scalability. Enforce coding standards and performing code reviews to maintain a clean, maintainable codebase. Implement automated testing to ensure reliability and early bug detection. Utilize design patterns and best practices in system reliability, including resiliency, autoscaling, monitoring, and alerting. Identify and resolve complex technical challenges across software and infrastructure, continuously improving performance and scalability.

Develop software applications for internal companies and customers. (Main programming languages: TypeScript / PHP / Ruby; Database: MySQL / PostgreSQL / Oracle.)

Develop, train, evaluate, and deploy machine learning and AI models to solve real-world business problems. Implement end-to-end AI pipelines, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, validation, and inference. Collaborate with Software Engineers to integrate AI models into production systems via APIs or microservices. Analyze model performance, identify failure cases, and iteratively improve accuracy, robustness, and efficiency. Debug and troubleshoot issues in data pipelines, model behavior, and production inference workflows. Take ownership of assigned AI features or models, delivering reliable solutions within agreed timelines.

Đánh giá năng lực sản phẩm của đối tác và mức độ phù hợp với chiến lược ACB. Thiết kế ưu đãi dành riêng cho khách hàng có tài khoản đầu tư hoặc thanh khoản cao. 4. Quản lý dự án & điều phối liên phòng ban Lập kế hoạch tổng thể và quản lý các hạng mục công việc liên quan. Phối hợp chặt chẽ với các đơn vị nội bộ để triển khai hiệu quả. Là đầu mối báo cáo tiến độ, vướng mắc và đề xuất điều chỉnh chiến lược lên Ban Chuyển đổi và Ban Điều hành.

Thực hiện công tác lái xe phục vụ việc vận chuyển hàng đặc biệt (tiền mặt, tài sản quý, giấy tờ có giá, ấn chỉ điều phối của cấp trên. quan trọng) theo lịch đã được phân công hoặc đột xuất theo điều phối của cấp trên.
