Curriculum research & development: - Map the subject’s curriculum to ensure the consistency between standards, unit outcomes & lesson outcomes; and the consistency between learning objectives, instruction & assessment - Research and develop teaching strategies and materials (sample lesson plans, sample instructional activities, sample student handouts, etc.) to enhance learning experience and optimize educational technologies - Lead the designing of students’ learning projects for each grade level in order to enhance the students’ competencies taught in the curriculum- Lead the designing and/or the selection of both offline and online learning materials for students within and out of school time to support the attainment of learning objectives- Compose and develop assessment materials such as test bank, progression tests, formative and/or summative assessment criteria and rubrics- Develop and frequently update an inventory of curriculum development resources including professional periodicals, bulletins, books, journals, research papers and other materials- Review curriculum implementation and outcome data to continuously improve the curriculum2. Curriculum implementation support:- Compose Operations Manual for School Managers, Heads of subject and Teachers on how to implement and monitor the program effectively and meet the CIS standards (Domains C and D)- Provide School Managers, Heads of subjects, and Teachers with system-wide training on curriculum implementation (introductory courses about the subject and the program, curriculum monitoring courses, curriculum-related professional development courses, etc.)- Create action plan to improve teachers’ performance in delivering the curriculum and work with School Managers to monitor their progress - Create and periodically update the library of professional learning resources including best practices in teaching and learning, case studies, expertise in the subject, etc.- Provide School Managers and Heads of subject with guidance on how to discover and solve problems related to curriculum implementation in practice3. Curriculum implementation management:- Create and lead the QA-QC plan to ensure the consistent and progressive quality control of the program at schools- Visit classrooms regularly in order to collect data on the implementation of curriculum and the use of appropriate instructional strategies - Review classroom observation rubrics on semester basis- Design end-of-semester and end-of-year exams (and standardized admission tests)- Analyze curriculum implementation’s impact on students’ learning outcomes and propose solutions- Analyze students’ learning outcome data and update curriculum implementation plan if necessary after each semester- Make monthly reports to School Managers and the CEO about the subject’s teaching and learning quality and propose solutions- Evaluate the efficiency of Heads of subject and/or campus-level coordinators4. Curriculum-related operations:- Create yearly curriculum implementation action plan and update it monthly- Review the curriculum-related action plan of individual schools- Write and distribute high-quality documents that provide teachers and parents with important information about both the School’s curriculum and instructional program- Support schools in teacher recruitment and teacher assignment- Perform other tasks and responsibilities assigned by the Coordinator, the Academic Directors and the CEOII. We are excited to be searching for a proactive and pragmatic Senior Program Officer – Carbon Specialist with an interest in Value chain sustainability to join our team, and we hope it’s you!***Your role:The Senior Program Officer (SPO) will support the development and implementation of the Landscape and Coffee programs in the Central Highlands, specifically in the carbon field. The candidate will report to Senior Program Manager with frequent liaison with local field staff, as well as regional and international team.The main elements of the role will include:• Provide technical support for decarbonization within IDH’s coffee and ISLA programs, focusing on carbon footprint assessment, emission reduction tracking, verification processes, and integration of carbon finance opportunities. • Facilitate the transition to low-carbon coffee production, ensuring the effective adoption of carbon measurement methodologies, development of carbon benefit-sharing mechanisms, and alignment with climate finance opportunities. • Engage with government and private sector stakeholders to co-develop technical guidelines for low-carbon coffee production, supporting policy alignment and industry-wide adoption. • Strengthen carbon verification and certification processes, ensuring methodologies align with international carbon standards and are recognized within voluntary and compliance carbon markets.***Key Responsibilities:• Coordinate carbon-related projects within the program, ensuring alignment with IDH’s climate strategies, supporting implementation, and contributing to funding proposals where needed. • Assist in executing low-carbon initiatives by supporting the refinement of carbon calculation tools, methodologies, and mechanisms for carbon claims and commercialization. • Support carbon monitoring, climate impact assessment, and reporting, ensuring accurate data collection and analysis to track carbon reduction efforts. • Contribute to the development of low-carbon production approaches, ensuring alignment with national policies, international standards, and broader climate goals. • Coordinate with key partners, including government agencies, local authorities, companies, and development organizations, to promote low-carbon practices and climate strategies in supply chains.What you bring.• Degree in Environmental Sciences, Agriculture, or a related field, with a focus on sustainability, climate, or carbon management preferred. • Understanding of carbon accounting standards and methodologies, including GHG protocols, SBTi, carbon in-setting, and sustainability frameworks. • Experience in carbon footprint assessment and emission calculations, particularly in the agriculture or coffee sector. • Knowledge of coffee production systems, including agronomy, fertilizer application, and carbon reduction practices within the supply chain. • Strong skills in project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and communication, with the ability to work across public and private sectors. • Fluency in English and Vietnamese, both written and spoken. • Experience in capacity-building activities, including training on carbon management, emissions mitigation, or climate impact assessment, is a plus

• Trực tiếp đứng lớp, giảng dạy các bé lớp Kid, Top, thủ công... 
• Tạo lập, duy trì và phát triển mối quan hệ mật thiết với phụ huynh. 
• Phụ trách lên kế hoạch các buổi workshop, sản phẩm thủ công, chương trình nấu ăn cho bé theo tháng theo quý bao gồm: Tính tổng chi phí cho buổi workshop, sản phẩm thủ công,... (Sẽ được trainning theo quy trình) 
• Báo cáo kế hoạch hàng tuần và làm đề xuất mua hàng theo quy trình công ty. 
• Quay video về các hoạt động workshop, các sản phẩm và chủ đề liên quan theo tuần Cập nhật số tồn, kiểm kê, giá bán. 
• Dọn vệ sinh, sắp xếp và kiểm tra các dụng cụ workshop, sản phẩm thủ công. Bố trí không gian cho các buổi workshop (Nhân viên, dụng cụ, sản phẩm,... ) 
• Chịu được áp lực công việc, có tính cầu tiến và có định hướng phát triển về mảng workshop cho em bé.
