PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION:The IT Manager at Spartronics Viet Nam is responsible for providing strategic leadership and effective management of the organization’s Information Technology function. This role plays a critical part in aligning IT systems, infrastructure, and operations with overall business objectives, supporting growth, innovation, and operational efficiency.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Technology Infrastructure: - Plan, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and security systems. - Ensure infrastructure is secure, scalable, and reliable to support current and future organizational needs. 6. Information Security, Risk Management and Compliance: - Safeguard the organization’s data and ensure adherence to relevant regulations and standards. - Establish robust IT policies and procedures to protect sensitive information and proactively address risks. - Lead IT security and risk management initiatives to ensure data confidentiality, integrity, and availability. 7. Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery: - Develop, implement, and regularly test business continuity and disaster recovery plans to ensure IT service resilience. - Identify critical systems and processes, and establish recovery time objectives and recovery point objectives. - Conduct periodic risk assessments and simulation exercises to validate recovery strategies and ensure preparedness. 8. Continuous Improvement: - Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance IT capabilities and drive innovation. - Evaluate and recommend new tools and systems to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and competitiveness. 9. Budget and Resource Management: - Manage the IT budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximizing return on IT investments. - Monitor and control expenditures, addressing deviations from budget as necessary. - Build and maintain vendor relationships, negotiating contracts to optimize cost-effectiveness and value delivery.

• Develop basic design drawing regarding main technological foundation for rolling mills.• Develop basic design drawing for buildings, steel structure.• Coordinate basic design activities related to DANIELI projects: follow up of activities, schedule, check the documentations incoming and outgoing. • Perform concrete and steel structures 3D drawings; • Communicate with mechanical department, piping, electrical department.

OVERVIEWAs an AI Designer / Motion Designer at Shuttlerock, you will combine strong design skills with the ability to integrate AI into the creative process. You’ll help shape visual storytelling from concept to motion, using AI platforms to accelerate production and traditional tools to refine and finalize assets.In this role, you will generate visuals with AI tools, polish and compose them into static or animated content, and bring them to life in motion. Working closely with Art Directors, 3D Designers and sound engineers, you will ensure projects are consistent, innovative and delivered at the highest standard.Your responsibilities will include:• creating concept visuals, style frames, moodboards, and branded assets;• using AI tools such as Runway, Adobe Firefly or Google Labs (Veo/Whisk) to rapidly generate and iterate ideas;• compositing AI-generated outputs with Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and other traditional tools to achieve polished results.You will also:• animate short-form videos adapted to multiple platforms;• stay ahead of AI and design trends;• test new workflows;• share best practices with the team.Finally, you will ensure brand consistency across all creative outputs.

- Kiểm tra Hồ sơ thiết kế: Kiểm tra khớp nối mặt bằng, mặt đứng, mặt cắt, kiểm tra kiến trúc, kết cấu.Lập vướng mắc thiết kế (nếu có)Kiểm soát việc xử lý thiết kế của các bộ phận liên quan. Theo dõi các thay đổi điều chỉnh của hồ sơ thiết kế thiết kế từ Chủ đầu tư.- Triển khai bản vẽ BPTC/ShopDrawing: Kiểm tra thực tế hiện trường trước khi triển khai bản vẽ BPTC/ShopDrawings. Triển khai bản vẽ ShopDrawing/BPTC. Kiểm tra thực tế hiện trường sau khi triển khai bản vẽ BPTC/ShopDrawing. Phối hợp, kiểm soát công tác triển khai bản vẽ Shop của các BCH đảm bảo đúng chuẩn hóa, tránh các lỗi kỷ yếu…- Trình kí, lưu trữ bản vẽ BPTC/ShopDrawing.- Phối hợp Lập Biện pháp thi công. Phối hợp các bộ phận xử lý các vướng mắc về kỹ thuật, BPTC cho phù hợp, tối ưu.- Triển khai bản vẽ hoàn công quyết toán/ hoàn công tách căn. Lưu trữ, quản lý hồ sơ hoàn công Scan hồ sơ, upload bản vẽ scan/CAD lên DR P&L theo quy định của Công ty.- Thực hiện các công việc khác theo phân công của CBLĐ.
