* Overview:Responsible for leading and managing a team of contract professionals, ensuring the effective and strategic management of the entire contract lifecycle. This includes delegating tasks, monitoring performance, and establishing efficient processes for drafting, negotiating, and managing contracts, ultimately ensuring compliance with legal standards and company policies while supporting organizational goals.* Responsibility:Overall management and planning for DMA service of NLIC/NLL• Develop and manage DMA contracts for service of NLIC & NLL.• Manage tasks related to DMA activities, including revenue planning, payment, settlement, workdone, appendices contract, ...• Tracking and report DMA timeline, including the report compare the workdone to the FS.• Manage DMA’s overall budget and revenue to control DMA operation efficiency.Manage, monitor and operating agreements, contracts/appendices• Oversee/Prepare, drafting, and review of contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure they meet organizational standards and legal requirements.• Ensure that all contracts are executed in accordance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as legal, finance, and expertise departments, to ensure all contract terms (cost, payments, …) are thoroughly vetted and agreed upon.• Monitor and manage the contract lifecycle, including renewals, amendments, and terminations, to ensure compliance with all terms and conditions.• Restore all contracts and related documents, ensuring easy access and retrieval for the stakeholders and compliance audits.• Prepare and present regular reports on contract status, compliance, risk.• Provide training and guidance to subordinates, stakeholders on contract management processes and best practices.Contract Termination and Settlement• Implement the process of contract termination and settlement, ensuring that all contractual and legal obligations are fulfilled by all parties.• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define the workdone, remaining cost and payments terms for current and new contracts according to JVs, Investor requirements.Negotiation and Conflict Resolution• Lead or support contract negotiations with vendors, and partners to secure favorable terms and mitigate risks.• Resolve contract-related issues in a timely and effective.• Provide guidance to team members during negotiations and ensure adherence to company policies.Stakeholder Engagement and Relationship Management• Act as a key point of contact for contract-related matters, ensuring clear and effective communication.• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, partners and internal departments, to facilitate smooth contract execution.
