Join us to make it happen!• Define user research scope, objectives, and methods • Create research plans (time, definition of user groups, methods, activities, data storage) • Organize and conduct qualitative and/or quantitative research and user tests in various locations (incl. remote) • Analyze and evaluate research data; synthesize (e.g., create Top Findings, Opportunity Areas, Design Principles) • Transfer user requirements to products and services and define user requirements for hand-over to designer/developer • Support in the ideation and prototyping phase with research findings • Prepare, conduct, and evaluate workshops (e.g., Question Zero, stakeholder mapping, customer journey mapping, requirements collection, ideation) • Identify problem areas through key performance indicators and propose changes and improvements to the service experience • Collaborate closely with different disciplines (e.g., interaction designers, software developers, product managers) and domain experts (e.g., manufacturing, legal, automotive) in an international context • Contribute to strengthen the design thinking culture within the Bosch IT environment.
