About the job
We are looking for a Senior/Lead Backend Developer to join our team and build robust, scalable, and secure backend systems for our education management platform, including eSchool (academic management system) and Student Portal. The role focuses on backend development with Node.js or Java Spring Boot, and frontend development with Vue.js or React.js. You will also support system integrations and database operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js or Java Spring Boot.
Build user interfaces with Vue.js + Vuetify (for School Management) and React.js (for Student Portal).
Integrate external systems such as eSchool, CRM, and CDP… through APIs.
Build and optimize database schemas and stored procedures in SQL Server and MySQL.
Develop import/export pipelines for Excel/CSV files (e.g., gradebook, tuition fees), including validation and error handling.
Implement authentication and authorization (JWT, OAuth, Role-Based Access Control).
Ensure security, data integrity, and performance optimization of backend services.
Collaborate with frontend developers and education staff to translate academic workflows into reliable backend solutions.
Develop, maintain, and deploy software applications
Act as a technical lead for a small team, supporting members in system design, coding, and code reviewWork closely with Biz, BA, Infra, and Vendors to implement and deliver systems
Participate in requirement analysis, issue handling, and track tasks until completion
Support production systems, handle incidents, and continuously improve system quality

ROLES:
A Product Supervisor monitor Manager's instruction and executes actions to meet PLC KPIs (Sell thru, Margin). He/ She also coordinate with other departments such as accounting, logistic, marketing, retail. RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Master file management, send price proposal and implementation of pricing strategy.
· Collect data, analyze and monitoring of inventory on daily/weekly/monthly basis. Help with decision making process and executing action plan with Manager.
· Work closely with Manager to review daily/weekly/monthly reports.
· Sell through management and market analysis.
· Prepare PSM for other Departments (Sales Retail/ MKT), training plan & conduct training for Store team.

· Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking.
· Analyze financial data on new projects and create financial models for managers’ decision support.
· Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews.
· Analyze past results, perform variant analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements.

QM – Accreditation Related Roles and Responsibilities
· Ensure all activities in laboratory comply with ISO/IEC 17025:2017 (clause 4 to clause 7) and global documents.
· Audit plan, conduct internal/external audits.
· Follow up open internal/external audit, customer feedback: NCs, CAPA(s) status update, ensure on time closure.
· Responsible for coordination and communication with the external party on scheduling of external audits related to accreditation / certification / authorization / notification.
· Responsible for delivering QA induction training to all newly joined employees and regular training for respective legal entities.
· Responsible to follow requirements of complaint management process as described in the global SOP.
Carry out other specified duties and functions as directed by supervisor.
