OBJECTIVES- Đảm bảo hoạt động vận hành của công ty được tối ưu hóa để đạt hiệu quả tối đa, giảm chi phí, và cải thiện chất lượng dịch vụ/sản phẩm, tăng trải nghiệm khách hàng. - Thực thi hiệu quả các chiến lược tối ưu hóa quy trình để tăng cường năng suất vận hành.- Thúc đẩy sự đổi mới liên quan đến cải tiến hệ thống, quy trình và công nghệ.- Phát triển các công cụ và phương pháp thích hợp để duy trì các cải tiến trong toàn tổ chức.RESPONSIBILITIES1. Tham mưu, hoạch định và triển khai hoạt động cải tiến 1.1 Tư Vấn và Tham Mưu: - Phối hợp chặt chẽ với các lãnh đạo Khối Công nghệ thông tin để tham mưu chiến lược tối ưu hóa vận hành của PNJ - Đề xuất các chiến lược cải tiến nhằm nâng cao hiệu quả hoạt động và giảm thiểu lãng phí. 1.2 Xây Dựng và Triển Khai Kế Hoạch Tối Ưu Hóa Quy Trình: - Tạo ra và thực hiện các kế hoạch tối ưu hóa quy trình để cải thiện hiệu suất và giảm thiểu lãng phí. - Đảm bảo các quy trình được triển khai hiệu quả và đồng bộ với các mục tiêu chiến lược của tổ chức. 1.3 Xây dựng Bộ Quy Trình Tổng thể Vận Hành doanh nghiệp: - Xây dựng, duy trì và liên tục cải tiến bộ quy trình vận hành tổng thể của PNJ dựa trên phương pháp luận và thông lệ tiên tiến (APQC, Michael Porter hoặc thông lệ khác) - Đảm bảo bức tranh quản trị tổng thể và tính liên kết trong bộ quy trình vận hành toàn doanh nghiệp - Đảm bảo tính chính xác, hiệu quả và cập nhật của các quy trình vận hành. 1.4 Đánh Giá và Cải Tiến Quy Trình: - Đánh giá các quy trình hiện tại để nhận diện các lãng phí và cơ hội cải tiến. - Phân tích dữ liệu và đưa ra các khuyến nghị cải tiến cụ thể dựa trên kết quả đánh giá và phân tích. 1.5 Báo Cáo Hiệu Suất Quy Trình: - Thực hiện báo cáo định kỳ về hiệu suất của các quy trình và danh mục các dự án tối ưu hóa. - Cung cấp các phân tích và thông tin chi tiết để hỗ trợ quyết định và điều chỉnh chiến lược.2. Quản trị sự thay đổi trong các dự án, các hoạt động tối ưu vận hành 2.1. Chịu trách nhiệm chính trong Quản Trị Sự Thay Đổi Trong Dự Án tối ưu vận hành: - Chịu trách nhiệm quản lý sự thay đổi cho các dự án tối ưu hóa vận hành, bao gồm các dự án DMAIC, DMADV, LEAN và các sáng kiến cải tiến quy trình khác. - Phát triển và triển khai các kế hoạch quản lý thay đổi để đảm bảo các dự án tối ưu hóa quy trình được thực hiện một cách đồng bộ xuyên suốt và hiệu quả. - Đánh giá tác động của các thay đổi đến tổ chức, bao gồm ảnh hưởng đến quy trình, nhân sự và các yếu tố liên quan khác. Hoạch định phương án và giải pháp xử lý tác động. - Xây dựng các chiến lược để giảm thiểu sự kháng cự và tăng cường sự chấp nhận của các bên liên quan đối với các thay đổi. 2.2 Chiến Dịch Truyền Thông Nội Bộ trong phạm vi Quản trị sự thay đổi: - Tạo ra và triển khai các chiến dịch truyền thông nội bộ để thông báo, giải thích và thúc đẩy sự hiểu biết về các thay đổi trong tổ chức. - Đảm bảo thông tin về các thay đổi được truyền đạt rõ ràng, minh bạch và kịp thời đến tất cả các nhân viên và bên liên quan. 2.3. Phối Hợp và Đảm Bảo Thực Hiện Đồng Bộ: - Phối hợp chặt chẽ với các đơn vị liên quan để đảm bảo các thay đổi được thực hiện một cách đồng bộ và hiệu quả. - Giám sát tiến độ thực hiện các kế hoạch thay đổi, xác định và giải quyết các vấn đề phát sinh trong quá trình thực hiện. 2.4. Đánh Giá và Cải Tiến Quá Trình Quản Trị Thay Đổi: - Đánh giá hiệu quả của các chiến lược quản trị thay đổi và thực hiện các điều chỉnh cần thiết để cải tiến quy trình quản lý thay đổi. - Thu thập phản hồi từ các bên liên quan và nhân viên để cải thiện các kế hoạch và chiến lược quản trị thay đổi.3. Quản lý dự án LSS Chịu trách nhiệm chính trong phối hợp thực thi dự án Lean Six Sigma các cấp độ: - Thực hiện các dự án tối ưu hóa quy trình và quản lý việc thực thi từ khởi đầu đến kết thúc dự án. - Thiết lập và theo dõi các chỉ số hiệu suất chính (KPIs hoặc các chỉ số liên quan khác về TUVH) để đo lường kết quả. - Đảm bảo các tiêu chuẩn tối ưu hóa vận hành được thực thi một cách đúng đắn trong doanh nghiệp (phương pháp Lean Six Sigma)4. Thực hiện nâng cao hiệu quả vận hành 4.1 Phối Hợp và Phát Triển Đội Ngũ Tối Ưu Hóa Vận hành tập đoàn: - Phối hợp với lãnh đạo đơn vị để tư vấn và phát triển đội ngũ tối ưu hóa quy trình, đảm bảo các thành viên đội ngũ có đủ kỹ năng và kiến thức cần thiết để thực thi các sáng kiến cải tiến. - Hỗ trợ và đồng phát triển các kế hoạch phát triển đội ngũ nhằm nâng cao năng lực và hiệu suất của các thành viên trong đội ngũ tối ưu hóa. 4.2 Đào Tạo Nhân Viên: - Tổ chức và điều phối các hoạt động đào tạo, bao gồm các khóa học, hội thảo, tập huấn và các sự kiện nâng cao nghiệp vụ về các phương pháp và công cụ tối ưu hóa quy trình. - Cung cấp đào tạo chuyên sâu cho nhân viên PNJ về các kỹ thuật tối ưu hóa quy trình, giải quyết các vấn đề, khó khăn và vướng mắc trong quá trình thực hiện. 4.3 Xây Dựng Mối Quan Hệ Với Đối Tác và Bên Liên Quan: - Xây dựng và duy trì mối quan hệ làm việc hiệu quả với các đối tác bên ngoài và các bên liên quan để thúc đẩy các sáng kiến tối ưu hóa. - Hợp tác với các đối tác và bên liên quan để triển khai các dự án tối ưu hóa và cải tiến quy trình một cách đồng bộ và hiệu quả. 4.4 Đảm Bảo Truyền Thông Hiệu Quả: - Đảm bảo rằng các thông tin liên quan đến hoạt động cải tiến được truyền tải một cách hiệu quả và kịp thời đến các đối tượng liên quan trong tổ chức. - Thực hiện các hoạt động truyền thông để cập nhật và thông báo về các sáng kiến, kết quả và vấn đề liên quan đến cải tiến quy trình.5. Thực hiện các công việc khác do cấp trên giao
