• Be involved in the entire design process of game products

• In charge of balancing the product index

• Check/ Review the quality of products and functions.

• Design UI-UX for products

• Participate in game operation, monitor data, handle situations based on product data

• Perform other tasks as requested by superiors.

• Responsible for building playable game products to serve advertising for game projects in the global market.

• Collaborate with the team to plan and build playable scenarios.

• Together with the team to evaluate playable optimization to optimize advertising effectiveness.

• Coordinate with CTO and Marketing team to define segmentation, advantage products’ features
• Develop sales plans, and strategies and set up sales KPIs, sales contracts
• Conduct market research to create a list of target clients, manage them and follow their activities through Digital Channels.
• Contact and build long-term relationships with potential clients (B2B) through Digital Channels (Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter…) and approach new business opportunities through those Channels.
• Contact customers directly (through phone calls, chat, and meetings) to introduce and present new products, and features.
• Set up and join in customer meetings to understand and uncover customer needs.
• Participate in bidding, negotiation, and following up to close sales contracts with clients (including clients’ demand, price, terms, and conditions)
• Transfer clients’ requirements to Project Admins and Development team
• Coordinate closely with Project Admins and Marketing team to support customers, ensure products launching on time and adapt to customers’ requirements.
• Collect customers’ feedback to enhance product qualities and support in solving customers’ problems when using products.
• Reach monthly Sales Targets and report sales activities to adjust and improve sales strategies.
• Handle other tasks assigned by managers.

• Define, code, test and deploy new features to our products with an emphasis on API standards, extensibility, robustness and performance.
• Keep high-performance architecture, scalable and testable components for our architecture and execute its development.
• Work cross-functionally with Product and other Engineering teams to contribute to the product definition and system design.
• Verify and deploy programs and systems
• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing software.
• Gather and evaluate user feedback.
• Recommend and execute improvements.
• Create technical documentation for reference and reporting.

• Trao đổi trực tiếp với PM để xác định yêu cầu của dự án phát triển phần mềm trong Công ty.
• Chịu trách nhiệm chung về công việc kiểm thử trong toàn bộ dự án.
• Xây dựng và viết Automation Test cho 1 hệ thống từ con số 0.
• Tham gia công việc kiểm thử phần mềm trong các dự án, tạo test data, viết test case, hỗ trợ quản lý dự án trong quá trình control tiến độ.
• Thực hiện kiểm thử, ghi nhận kết quả kiểm thử, theo dõi việc xử lý lỗi và báo cáo tiến độ kiểm thử.
• Theo dõi và kiểm soát các yêu cầu thay đổi hoặc bổ sung thêm mới theo yêu cầu khách hàng.
•  Tham gia xây dựng tài liệu dự án, viết tài liệu hướng dẫn sử dụng chương trình.
• Đánh giá, đào tạo, hỗ trợ, hướng dẫn nhằm xây dựng đội ngũ có đủ năng lực thực hiện công việc.

• Thực hiện việc kiểm thử các sản phẩm bàn giao của dự án công nghệ
• Thực hiện quy trình kiểm thử chất lượng ứng dụng công nghệ
• Nhận diện, đánh giá, đề xuất các giải pháp đối với các rủi ro phát sinh thuộc phạm vi bộ phận"
• Thực hiện các báo cáo có liên quan theo quy định;
• Tham gia triển khai công tác cải tiến hệ thống thuộc phạm vi nội bộ Phòng & Bộ phận.

REPORTING & PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT

• Identify key metrics and build exec-facing dashboards to track progress of the business and its highest priority initiatives
• Identify key business levers, establish cause & effect, perform analyses, and communicate key findings to various stakeholders to facilitate data driven decision-making
• Understand how to make data visually appealing and simple to both navigate and comprehend for end-users
• This person must be able to analyze data sets and come up with strategic solutions within different aspects of the company, including but not limited to: Campaign, CRM, Loyalty, Performance Marketing, Promotion, Livestreaming.

PROJECT SUPPORT

• Support Data Analyst for Analytics projects & other project-related operations
• Other requirements as directed by the manager and supervisor

• Bench test and provide test coverage for implemented code.

• Build product metrics (Product Metrics) to evaluate and measure the effectiveness of each version update
