Nhiệm vụ chính: Chịu trách nhiệm triển khai toàn bộ hoạt động của Phòng Tái cấu trúc tài sản theo chức năng nhiệm vụ được giao, bao gồm:- Nhiệm vụ quản lý: • Xây dựng kế hoạch và tổ chức thực hiện các công việc liên quan đến chức năng nhiệm vụ của Phòng Tái cấu trúc tài sản; • Chịu trách nhiệm quản lý, phân công, triển khai công việc và đánh giá kết quả thực hiện công việc của các nhân sự thuộc Phòng Tái cấu trúc tài sản; • Đề xuất định biên nhân sự, tuyển dụng nhân sự, điều chỉnh lương, khen thưởng, quan hệ lao động (ký kết, chấm dứt, tạm hoãn, kỷ luật lao động) đối với nhân sự phòng Tái cấu trúc tài sản; • Tổ chức xây dựng quy trình, quy chế liên quan đến chức năng nhiệm vụ của Phòng Tái cấu trúc tài sản.- Nhiệm vụ chuyên môn: Chỉ đạo triển khai thực hiện các công việc theo chuyên môn nghiệp vụ của phòng Tái cấu trúc tài sản bao gồm: • Công tác đầu tư/ tái cấu trúc tài sản; • Công tác xử lý nợ; • Công tác mua bán nợ; • Công tác quản lý chung mảng tái cấu trúc tài sản; • Lập báo cáo phân tích tình hình chuyên sâu về thị trường BĐS; • Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác do Ban điều hành phân công.
